We had them check our insurance coverage They said we were covered. A few months later we received a $500.00 bill.

The staff are super friendly, Dr. Grieser is such a charismatic fellow and the dental work is done very gently and expertly, I've always really enjoyed coming here whenever I need dental work done. 10/10 would recommend

I am a new patient with Family Dental Associates and made an appointment on Tuesday July 30th. On Tuesday July 30th in the morning I was admitted to the critical care unit of Saint Anthony's Hospital with Diabetic Ketoacidosis. This was caused by a bad reaction to medication. I was there for two days and was saved! I even managed to call Family Dental Associates on Wednesday from the critical care unit to reschedule. I was informed by the receptionist that they are not open on Wednesday and Thursday and I would receive a call back on Friday when they opened to reschedule. They did not call me so I just called them and was told that they do not reschedule patients who miss an appointment. In my opinion they do not care about people or their health and only care about money. You should avoid this greedy, uncaring dentist like the plague. There is a special place call HELL for people like this.

In my experience over the past 25 plus years, Family Dental Associates have provided countless pro-bono hours of quality dental care for individuals with developmental disabilities. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They are very creative in finding a variety of ways to comfort people who are apprehensive about oral care and dental procedures. Dr. Sullivan's skill and compassion are invaluable in meeting the oral health of patients with diverse needs. I highly recommend Family Dental Associates.
