I left there with a referral for oral surgeon to pull an infected tooth but the can't take me until January I call the office & they haven't answered 1 call out of 10+ I've used vm & their text service. I ended up in Hospital with staff infection & have pulled teeth before. Obviously it was an emergency but they did see an appointment for a cleaning. This place shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine.

HORRIBLE RECEPTION SERVICE! I WILL NEVER BRING MY KIDS THERE AGAIN. INCONVENIENCE BECAUSE NO PARKING AND CAUSES YOU TO BE LATE AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR POLICY OF BEING ALLOWED 15 MINUTES LATE. I WAS ONLY 12 MINUTES LATE AND WAS DENIED. I FOUND A NEW DENTAL OFFICE WORTH GOING TO AND I CAN'T BE ANY HAPPIER WITH THEIR SERVICES

Horrible. She (the dentist) cracked my tooth when inserting xray device. I need a good lawyer and a good dentist to fix what she did if anyone see's this. There is only female dentists. There is not one male dentist on site. That makes me wonder what the hiring process is like and if they even allow men to work there. Very feminist dentist and if you are a man they will not treat you as well.

This place use to be a decent place. I will not let the new help touch my teeth. I had to go back twice for the same reason. The third time I told the staff only the dentist is touching my teeth. Maybe she was having a challenging day however her attitude wasn't pleasant. My experience with the other dentist in the area who takes my insurance are horrible. It's time to look for a new dentist. We'll see if they can at least do a cleaning correctly.

I was pleased with how quickly this busy office took care of me at my very first appointment. My new hygienist was all business, but caring and competent at the same time. I wish I could remember her name to thank her for her patience especially regarding with care planning, when I needed some time to make a somewhat weighty decision to make. Her non judgmental stance was much appreciated, I made that decision (extraction vs root canal) fairly easily by the end of my exam, and I left with a happier mouth than when I arrived! I grade this office as A1+ , Thank you!

Don't go there if you have masshealth. They will discriminate you. Can't even call or text to remind people they have an appointment and it takes them for to pick up the phone call. Learn how to do your job Terry.

Wow. Very rude! I was walking by with my kids and my 3 years old start screaming that she needs to use a bathroom right now!!!. Very urgent of course) I walked in and asked politely if it's ok if my baby can use a bathroom. I never felt so uncomfortable. So much attitude, she asked if I am patient here. I said yes. Then she asked if I have an appointment today. I said no. She asked where is my mask and so on. Where is definitely a better way of saying no .I was very disappointed...

I adore the staff. Kathy and Nahil are incredibly knowledgeable at the front desk. Dr. Korzeb is amazing with her treatment. My whole family will be coming here.

Since my long time dentist retired I was faced with searching for a new dentist. After consulting with a few dentists whose priority was either seriously over charging for procedures or making money from "alleged" procedures that do not exist, I found Dr. Korzeb. I had a first appointment with Dr. Korzeb and found her to be a well skilled dentist, honest, and personable. The next week, I had my teeth cleaned by Julie and she was amazing!

First off, I'm no longer a customer of Family Dental. I was for many years and all was great. However, my usual dentist left for greener pastures. He was replaced by a young female dentist who was very immature for such a position of responsibility. All the time she "worked" on my teeth she would talk to the assistant about her loser boyfriend. I hated all the drama, but didn't care as long as my teeth were being taken care of. Well; I was there to get a filling one day, no big deal right. But, while she was sooooo preoccupied with her ongoing drama she drilled too deep and hit the root. Not one sorry about that I'll fix it. But instead she had the gall to tell me I would now need a root canal to repair it at $1500! No discount, no sorry, just matter-of-fact business as usual. Needless to say, that was my last visit to Family Dental!

VERY VERY VERY RUDE receptionist. She called me a liar and wouldn't let me speak. They tell you one thing and then something completely different the next time you come in regarding your bill. VERY unprofessional. Do not recommend. No documentation of what you had done that day and the charges for it.

I had one filling done and part of the tooth broke off and food was consistently getting stuck, it took forever to get another appointment. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back today. The female dentist SHAVED DOWN 3/4 OF MY MOLAR AND MADE IT FLAT! Then filled it in that way! I now have a giant gap between my top and bottom teeth! My tooth is destroyed when there was only a small cavity. I will not go back.

Our family has been going the Family Dental for years! They are great! I would highly recommend going to their office. They also offer convenient appointment times and try to meet the needs of their patients.
