Dr. Heather Boyle is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She is also a graduate of Bucknell University where she received her B.S. in Biology. Dr. Boyle completed a General Practice Residency at Christiana Hospital and Wilmington Hospital.
Dr. Boyle is a member of The Kent/Sussex Dental Society, the American Dental Association, as well as the Delaware State Dental Society. Dr. Boyle is a native Delawarean, and plans to continue the tradition with her family.

I gave one star specifically because the ladies that work at the front desk are just plain rude... I've been going to them for around 7-8 years now, and I called to see if I could get a referral; however, instead of getting a simple yes or no answer, she talked down to me and scolded me. Not to mention, she also hung up on me. My family had been going here for years prior to this!

This place has gone way downhill since Dr. Nacrelli left. The dentist must not know what she is doing as both times that I had to get a filling I ended up with a route canal. They tried to talk it off by saying I must have sensitive nerves lol.. Also, the staff is not friendly and very unprofessional.

Been coming to Family Dental since we moved to Delaware 25 years ago. They provide great service and have a great staff.

Everyone at Family Dental Associates is kind and caring. I have anxiety about even cleaning but once I get there I settle down- kindness and caring goes a long ways to help my anxiety.

Dr. Heather Boyle is amazing. My son had a dental emergency and she was compassionate and knowledgeable. She made my son and I feel so incredibly comfortable. She went out of her way to check on him again after the fact. Whenever anyone asks me where they should go when they're looking for a new dentist she is the first and only dentist I recommend.

The secretary must have more education and ethics, call to schedule an appointment and although I speak English I feel more comfortable speaking in my first language, so I asked if someone spoke Spanish and very rudely he told me I speak English and hung up the call without letting me express more unfortunately these actions speak a lot about the person and give a bad image to the office

I have been going to the dental school in the hospital in Wilmington. Even when I moved to Dover I still went up there. About 4 years ago I decided to find a dentist. The 1st one I went to their prices were out of this world. I needed to get a tooth pulled went to 2nd one their prices were out of this galaxy. When I needed another one pulled they couldn't fit me in. I live right down the street from Family Denistry. They fit me right in . The price 125$. They became my dentist. I feel like I'm back in Maryland were Dr Roth was my dentist for 17 years. Our family was one of their first ones. I want to thank everyone that works their. They are great. And to the person that commented on the plaque that was there. She choose to go to you. If you have to know people if they are Republican or Democrat that is sad. You have the right to display what you want to.

Had been a patient of Nacrelli for years. Made appointment to see about getting dentures. *Showed up for appt only to be told THEN the new docto99r doesn't accept my ins. I wasted my time and was talked down to about my insurance. Dr Nacrelli may have had big hands for a dentist but he also had better tact and bedside manner. Shame on this NEW BUSINESS for treating people with poor customer service.

I love this dentist office . The dentist first of all is the best Dr Heather Boyle. I found this office through a outstanding dental hygienist Barbara McLamb. They are honest, gentle and most importantly caring. They are clean, and friendly, make going to the dentist easy. I would recommend to everyone.
