I've been traumatized (not exaggerating) by another dentist in North Andover with a botched root canal and went searching for another dentist. I'm grateful to have found Dr. Chan, she is the standard for what a professional should be, kind, caring, empathetic, intelligent and honest. She eased my anxiety with dental work. For that, I thank you Dr. Chan for treating me with respect and care. My young children have no fearing in going to her office for regular check ups and cleaning. Everyone in the office is friendly and caring. Keep up the awesome work!

My sister and I have been coming here since we were little. I can't say enough how thankful I am to have such a good dentist. Dr Mandy Chan and her team have always gone above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable during a procedure and often have me laughing, smiling and fully relaxed before I even sit down. She and her team genuinely care! If you have kids that are nervous about getting their teeth cleaned, or just want the peace of mind that comes with knowing your dentist has your best interests at heart, then I highly recommend a visit to Family and Cosmetic Dentistry.

Amazing! Dr. Chan is great, and wants the best for all her patients Amazing staff. I drive all the way from Saugus to North Andover because I will never go to anyone else if it isn't Dr. Chan.

I am dentist my self. Dr. Chan is the most talented clinician that I know this is the reason why she is my personal dentist. Aside from her clinical skills you will find her office to be very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr Chan as well as her office. Dr. John Pallotta DMD
