A total waste of time and money. I scheduled an emergency appointment for a toothache. After 3 xrays, the dr came to the conclusion that I had a possible cracked tooth. Told me he couldn't tell and that he would refer me to a specialist. That specialist appointment would cost over $1,500. His appointment cost $278 to just refer me. So much for the $99 new patient special that suppose to include exam, xray and cleaning or the no insurance discounts I was promised when I signed in. I asked if I could just have the tooth removed and he said yes, but he wouldnt do it because I looked a little "anxious". The receptionist at the end (older woman), was very rude when I asked for an itemized receipt and told her that I wasn't going to go to the $1500 appointment she just made for me. I would stay away from this place. I left with less money and still in the same pain. REPLY TO OWNER COMMENT - I am not going to debate the review or my visit. The review was for other potential clients to hear my interaction with the office and service. They can make their own decision based on this and other honest reviews. I find it interesting that you did not deny or comment about the rudeness of your receptionist and the dr. Other reviews also mention both, I guess like attracts like.

The one star is for the friendly and helpful women at the front desk and the X-ray area. The dentist himself and his assistant treated me and my child to THE WORST customer service I have ever had, which is why I'm writing this review. We were both new patients, and a bit anxious, and when Dr Sedighian and his assistant entered the room I was hoping for the best. What I got instead was no greeting or introduction from them when I said hello, just silent glaring from the assistant and a curt demand from the dentist for me to go wait in the hallway while my 12 year old had their appointment. I declined, and was informed curtly that I could stay this one time and after that if I wanted to stay I would need to find a new dentist. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with this behavior for many reasons, and after a 7 minute inspection and cleaning for my child, we were dismissed, and I immediately canceled my appointment on our way out. I work in a public service industry, and can say that this is not a way to gain customer loyalty or respect.

Wasn't for us. Went because they take our insurance and maybe because of that it was a mediocre experience. Billed a copay for what we thought was covered. Never even cleaned my teeth, not sure who goes for a routine dental visit and doesn't get a cleaning. Went for a six month visit and got x rays and an evaluation. We won't go back. They should just not take the insurance. It was an odd game to even make an appointment

This was our first visit and we were very impressed by everyone in the office. Dr. Sedighian was kind, thorough, and professional as were the assistants and receptionist. The office was light, bright, and clean. We will certainly be returning for our dental needs.

Very kind and thorough. He actually called me the morning after my appointment and had me come back in because he had a new idea. He took the time to reevaluate my x-rays when he had more time, and his new plan worked perfectly. He also saved me a ton of cash.

After taking the morning off for my appointment, I arrived early and signed in without any complication. After sitting in the waiting room for 15-20 minutes and past my scheduled time, I was informed that the dentist had an "emergency" and that it would be another 30 minutes before I would be seen. Now obviously this was most likely a lie. The dentist was undoubtedly running behind, an impressive feat considering it was only 1030; however I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt but, I should have been notified of this "emergency" when I signed in. I elected to not waste the entirety of my morning and rescheduled for the next week. Frustrating, but ultimately no harm done. Fast forward to the next week. I get a confirmation text on Tuesday, confirming my appointment for Thursday. Wonderful. All set. I had already taken Thursday off so I arrive at the office early. Parking the car I knew that something was wrong because the lot was empty. I walk into the office and I am "greeted" by a nearly expired receptionist who asked if I needed help. I responded hopefully that I had a 1030 appointment. She did not ask my name but said "we have left multiple messages about your appointment, the dentist is not in today." No messages were left. No missed calls. Only a text, CONFIRMING my appointment. When I asked who had left the messages she blamed the not present "other receptionist." Coward. Needless to say I am leaving this practice. I know the value of my time even if these "professionals" deem it worth less than their own. I hope that you, dear reader, have a better experience. I can't help but feel nervous for anyone who would entrust their health to an establishment that cannot handle basic communication. It is also important to highlight that this review is being written because after all this, the only communication I received was a text asking for a "positive" review regarding my experience. How is that for tone death? These are the hallmarks of an out of touch practice who will treat you like a number. So here is your review. I hope it is helpful
