Dr. Paul Ouellette has devoted his life to dentistry. Not only a highly skilled orthodontist, but he is also an educator, humanitarian, author, entrepreneur, philanthropist, inventor, and advocate of implementation of cutting-edge dental technology. Dr. Ouellette became interested in dentistry at the young age of 13 and never looked back. During his teenage years, Dr. Ouellette was interested in science and medicine, frequently placing first as a science fair competitor. He credits his interest in dentistry to his childhood orthodontist, who would later serve not only as a mentor and teacher, but as a role model.

Dr. Ouellette graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology & majoring in pre-dentistry. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loyola School of Dentistry in Chicago, IL, and continued his education at Loyola for two additional years, graduating with a Certificate of Orthodontic Specialty and a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology.

After completing his orthodontic education, Dr. Ouellette taught full-time in the Orthodontic Department at Emory School of Dentistry, serving as Clinical Director and Assistant Professor. He eventually started a private practice in the metro Atlanta area. As the practice grew, Dr. Ouellette resigned from Emory, devoting his full attention to his practice, though he continued to present courses, lectures, table clinics, and contributed to professional journals when he was able.

In 2010, Dr. Ouellette completed the MCG Maxi Implantology residency, and the following year he completed the Advanced Implant Dentistry Program. In 2013, he was recognized as an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Ouellettes countless contributions to the dental industry over the past 50 years are too numerous to list.

Dr. Ouellettes successful and inspiring career influenced two of his sons to follow in his footsteps, whom are both practicing dentists in Florida. He has selflessly volunteered with mission trips to South America and Servants in Faith and Technology, a nonprofit Christian organization providing training in community development including skills for basic human needs such as physical, spiritual, social and economic.

If you call after hours and press 1 for emergency as instructed, you get a "This line is not set up for service. Please try again later" message. Then when you wait days for them to reopen they don't answer. My son's braces have never lasted until the next appointment. Something always comes loose or breaks. The first time it happened and I called less than an hour after leaving, I received an attitude for not wanting to take phone instructions to fix it myself. If I were a qualified orthodontist I wouldn't have paid you thousands of dollars to do it.

They said my son needed braces immediately... said he had an extra canine 2nd opinion said extra tooth was a binary tooth and his braces could wait another 9 months otherwise he'd have to have 2 sets of braces. Also I cancelled appointment 2 days before they were supposed to apply braces... family braces charged my card the 500 down payment anyways. I wasn't aware until 2 months later when my bank alerted me that family braces was trying to charge my card for 125.00... luckily I'm able to turn my card off and on so payment declined. That's when I found out about the 500 taken from me. They said they reversed payment for both I only got notified the 125.00 was reversed... the ortho made the statement that " my boyfriend" called an made the 500 down payment! I do not and have not had a boyfriend in years. I went back on my statements found the 500 taken out by them called them back had it out with the ortho because she kept saying she could send me email confirming 500 reversed back to me because I wasn't the one who paid I told her it's on my statement paid by the order of card number last for digits 7786.... I then received alert from bank she refunded the 500. They were just trying to keep money they didn't get authorized to take out btw note from family braces for 500 payment on my statement said paid by phone call! I didn't call then to make payment.... Do not use this company !!!!!

This is a terrible office to visit. I had a 24 month contract with them. I was going through my orthodontics treatment when I came across a family hardship. (Mind you I was 17 at the initial time of signing the contract). My parents were not wealthy so I was working a part time job local to the area in hopes that I could exchange my money for their services to fix my 100% overbite that was diagnosed by their orthodontist, and after a full year of treatment I was left without the ability come into the facility for completion of treatment. After about a year without treatment. I was finally able to get myself up on my feet. I came into the office to explain to them my situation hoping that they might let me continue treatment, but they decided to postpone my treatment which I believed was an understandable decision. From that point forward i budgeted and disciplined myself to make up the money that I had owed them. I was about $2,800 in debt including late fees. Within two and a half months I consistently payed $200 a WEEK, and on some weeks I would double the payment. After finally catching back up on my payments, I was able to get an appointment at the office. After coming into the office I was told that my treatment would have to be extened because I had missed a lot of it, which I understood. The part that I didn't understand was that they also wanted to extend my payments. After being told that, I felt robbed. They basically made me pay $2,800 worth of "treatment" that I never was able to come in for. The more logical decision would have been to stop treatment, and PAUSE payments at the beginning of my hardship and then resumed treatment at a more convenient time. Instead, they wanted me to pay an additional $2,800 in order to continue treatment. They wanted to total my bill at roughly around $8,000. I could by a car with that kind of money. These people have shown me that they have no desire to accommodate for their patients, and that their ultimate accomplishment is to gain money from their patients. Inclusively, I was diagnosed with a 100% overbite at the beginning of my treatment by their orthodontist, and then at my visit after my hardship, the same orthodontist diagnosed me with an 80% overbite but there was never any overbite treatment made. The only treatment I received was for crowding. Bottom line. I would not recommend you or your kids come to this office. I will be pursing a long law suit against them, and will proving to a judge and jury that their orthodontists are false diagnosing, and robbing patients of their time and money. That is all. God bless you all.
