I tried to make an appointment twice. Each time I was left on hold for over 5mins. The first time, they automatically put me on hold before I can say hello back. The second time they asked what insurance we had, then left me on hold again. I can only imagine what it would be like if I did business with them.

I wish I could give a -3 stars...here's why: I took my youngest daughter here due to tooth pain and just needing to find a resolution when I vowed to NEVER return after an incident with my older daughter years ago. After an exam/x-ray I was told my daughter had NINE cavities...NINE and that the one that was hurting was in a state of severe decay!! My gut said get a 2nd opinion which I'm glad I did. After a 2nd opinion by my dentist, we were actually shown the x-ray and it was determined to be a budding wisdom tooth pushing up against another tooth causing pain...NOT severe decay!! Oh and those 9 cavities were really only 3....we were shown the actual cavities!! We were referred to an oral surgeon (to extract the wisdom tooth) by the 2nd opinion dentist who examined his x-ray and could only identify....THREE cavities!!! I've spoken to several families who have experienced something similar and vowed never to return to this place...I suggest you find another dentist... ESPECIALLY if you have insurance because it seems they just look for stuff to be able to bill for!!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Today, my son's appointment was canceled for the 3rd time after waiting for months each time to get him an appointment. No one called to let me know (for the third time) that there was no provider to come in for the services my child needed. The receptionist initially told me that she didn't even see my son listed for an appointment, then she said the scheduler tried calling to inform me there would be no provider. I had no messages or emails but supposedly they called. I usually don't like leaving bad reviews but the fact that my son's teeth is worsening with lack of concern from them has me really disappointed. I asked to speak with a manager and no one ever called me. Needless to say, I will not be scheduling another appointment with them.

We have been using them for years my children are both 6 years young. As of recently I've been having an issue with them only because I noticed I wasn't receiving proper confirmation regarding my children's appt. I found out that they had the wrong contact information , however I didn't receive an email either. We were scheduled for an appt. at a certain time we didn't get called back until an hour later. On top of that they're cleaning was going to be a 3hour process !!! That's insane!!!! Overall, They are very kind, loving ladies and truly have a passion for all children ! However I think they may be understaffed which seems to be the norm unfortunately...

Maybe they should get a .75 star. Admin and logistic nightmare. Overbooking causes patients to wait four hours like I did. Outdated billing software has wrong billing price codes so they manually go line by line handwriting and trying to figure out cost. Seems like a lot of guessing which comes across like a scam. Dentist seem ok if you ever get to see one. They switched me out of two rooms because the machine didn't have enough pressure to work properly. Very ghetto. Other patients complaining makes it very hostile and uncomfortable.

Worst orthodontist office I've ever been to. Waited almost 3 hours for a CONSULTATION. This is a horrible place of business and I wouldn't recommend it if I was held at gun point. Horrible service and horrible orthodontists. I can't express enough how terrible this place is. If you have another option go with that option I promise you that this isn't the place.

I'm not crazy about the fact that parents aren't allowed into the exam area with their young children, but Dr. Beal was awesome about filling me in on everything going on with my child's teeth and answering any questions I had. Friendly staff and clean office.
