I had an appointment today to get a cavity fill and the lady told me that they supposedly called and cancelled my appointment because the dentist doesn't work there anymore ?! BUT when they called they didn't talk to anyone, so how do you "cancel" the appointment without speaking to another person to fully confirm. AND then didn't have another appointment until April 9 ?! AND the lady was already incredibly disrespectful (like most of them always is) majority of employees in this office are VERY rude. from now on I'll just be going somewhere else to continue my services. what a waste of time.

I've been here several times and only once was I happy with the services. Charged for cleaning but my teeth weren't cleaned

Highly recommend! Service was amazing. I was able to look at my child's x rays and was giving a detailed description of his situation from the staff. Looking forward to our 6 month check up.

Patients that arrived after us were called back and we were never called. They let patience that arrived after us that doctors are behind and ask if they could come back at 2:00pm but never ask us nothing. Sat there almost hour and a half after our original appt time was never called back or ask to come back in later. I will never go back to the place and I don't recommend it to one. Sorry service is not fair no communication with patience.

I had terrible pain due to having 2 broken teeth and a cavity. I thought I would be getting them pulled out. Well they didn't pull them only prescribed an antibiotic for the pain and tried to schedule me in March of 2023 to extract the teeth. I am still in pain from these teeth, I was already taking antibiotics for the teeth, so this was no help.

Absolutely horrible the lady lied to my face and said that she called my name and she didn't she said that my name was unlegible bull and she said that she called my phone once it's alive because I'm setting across from the desk in my phone never ring this place is so bad but it's the only place that accepts medicare but please make sure that you kind of keep on them when you're in there and don't expect them to call your name one more than once because they won't they will let you sit there for an hour's like they did me and not say anything and didn't want to reschedule you for a later time I guess they don't care about people's worklife That's very rude people and unprofessional if you ask me

Good job well done. Needs more help though so there isn't such a long wait in between appointment. The girls that run the front desk and nice and polite and good at their job

The front desk staff was very professional, polite and attentive. The lady who checked us in had a great sunny disposition. Thank you Ms. A for being so kind.

If I could leave no stars and write a review I would. This location is completely horrible. Inconsistent inconsiderate and not compassionate at all. My son has had 5 appointments rescheduled only to finally go to an appointment and be told they can't provide a letter stating he has had all dental work needed to start with his orthodontist. Then to get the run around and lied to. For this to be a community facility it's definitely not for the community. Dr. Sharma has no time management or consideration neither does the manager Anastasia.

My kiddos received great dental service and support from Ty & Dr. Hilton this last visit. Ty is patient with the kids each time we visit and always very helpful and informative!

Due to a traumatic experience, I'm terrified of the dentist. And have been most of my adult life. I don't know what I was expecting differently in this dentist office, but I was pleased. The front office was nice and professional. And the tech that assisted me in the back was very reassuring and polite and professional! The doctor was very direct and also nice. And because of that, I'm not as anxious about the work that I have to have done. So thank you for this experience! I'm looking forward to beginning work with you all!

I called that morning and there was an appointment available at 12p. The staff was very friendly as soon as I arrived they checked me in immediately and called me back. Everything went well. It was a very pleasant experience.
