my wifey appointment was a 5pm and now it 6pm and she finally get in the room to see the dentist to get a tooth pulled out it about time I will never come back to this place again to take any one of my family members to cause they don't want to do there job all they want to do is sit on there cell phone and play games on it and talk to the other co work inside instead of doing there job I'm about to file a lawsuit against them cause this is her 3 time being here for the same tooth I think all the way to do is take advantage of people that are low income for they cand double charges state insurance people that why it take so long and they keep send back and forth to get more money for low income people insurance like it a scam

Facility is dated but the employees are patient, attentive and do a good job! I feel comfortable taking my family here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every single experience I've had here has been terrible. The staff and dentist are brutally rough. However, my last experience in September 2022 was by far the worst! I was having my first session in the process of getting partials. The dental assistant kept trying to physically force trays into my mouth that were very obviously too big. She just kept trying to ram them in. She did this with about 10 trays before getting one that was actually small enough to fit in my mouth. By this time, I was in so much pain, I was practically in tears. Several days later, I still have numerous blisters and open sores on both corners of my lips and mouth, causing me pain. I wish I had better insurance so I could go somewhere else....anywhere else would be better!

They rush way to much. They must overbooked. Its not very good service at the east side. The wait times are terrible too.

I won't come here again but just thought a 3 star would be fair based on my most recent experience. I've had no issues. Just don't plan on coming back is all.

Worst dental office I've EVER been to. The dentist themselves are awful at their job and their attitude towards their parents. Never will I ever go back. just awful. I went to both east and west side. I left the west side because I was left cut open, numbed for over 20 minutes while my dentist talked to the person standing behind us. Cut open? I told her twice I was uncomfortable before the tired time I was annoyed and she came back to the already started Procedure. East side dentist had an attitude from pure hell. And actually refused to treat me if I didn't want to follow his exact plan which was pulling more than I wanted. I wanted caps etc and he snapped saying I'm wasting his time and I need to just leave. So I did. Thank god this isn't the only available place for me to go. But getting my records transferred is really hard. I'd also give a 0

This dental clinic/office is probably the best one I've ever been to. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I love that there are TVs in every, or at least most, dental chair.

I had a bad experience. The dentist called in sick and the staff knew this all day and didn't inform me that there's going to be an issue with my appointment time until I got there for the appointment and I was unhappy. If I had made an appointment for one of my customers and they showed up and found out that I couldn't do it when they scheduled it in advance they would have been upset with me also. I feel that familia dental owes that same courtesy to their customers.
