Please beware... they pulled teeth and semd you on your way with not even a script for an antibiotic... I have spent the last 3 days in pain.. went to my doctor today and was put on an antibiotic and pain meds.. it's been horrible

These people were eating behind front desk, and talking about stuff that isn't professional for work..... our appointment was at 2:00pm and we're still sitting here at 2:15, they all got back from lunch at 2:00, pm and they are still eating and talking an not working

Waited 22 minutes just to be told they wouldn't see me that day and had to come back. This was after waiting 10 minutes to check in because the receptionist was busy playing on her cell phone to assist me. Safe to say, I won't be back ever to this place. Horrible experience.

The ortho is great for the most part. Today I had went in and they told me I couldn't go back because of what needed to be owed. But however, when a payment was paid yesterday they only told me so much was left to pay the next day. They lied in my face and told me I owe way more than I needed to but never explained that in the call last night. They didn't take me back today because of the money situation. So I called later that day for them tel tell me that I can't get my braces off. But today is the appointment that I was supposed to get my braces off. They keep telling me 2 different balances which they can't make up their mind. I was told that I was supposed to owe x amount of money today which I was willing to do but they lied about the balance. I am so frustrated with them and I would just like to get my braces off. It should never be this hard to help out a customer and confuse them. I am beyond baffled on the way they treated me today.

If it were possible I would give them zero stars. No one ever answers call or messages at the Springfield illinois location. They are very unprofessional. The office is dirty! They have dropped the ball on my son's care and no Oral Surgeon in town will deal with patients being referred by Familia Dental due to the lack of communication. Had to go to a different dentist to get him referred for emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Very disappointed!!

I had a dentist appointment at Familia Dental and they were very professional and helped me with my dental issue I would recommend them when you need to see a Dentist thank you

I came in Familia dental and I was happy that I was helped out nicely. Jacara and Dee helped me out with My braces in ortho and Ms Pat the ladies up front were so nice and welcoming thank you all !!!! We miss you EBONY!!! CONGRATULATIONS AND I WISH YOU WELL ON YOUR NEW JOURNEY!!!

2 years ago, I entered into a payment plan for my daughters braces! I was under the impression that I made payments at the time of appointments. FOR 2 YEARS, every single time we went in, THE DESK ASKED FOR THE SAME AMOUNT!! So, we go in, per usual for our appointment with the amount I normally pay! Now, 2yrs later, they tell me I've missed payments and that I owe 1000 DOLLARS!!! before any more work can be done! No one EVER SAID you must pay this every month! I was under the impression that I pay at the time of appointment. And apparently, that's what the offices impression was also, because that's all they asked for!! I attempted to renegotiate the contact and start making monthly payments, but they insisted I pay at least half (500) before we could even do that! They're not accepting any responsibility for the miscommunication. It's falling completely on the customer. She said, "I said sorry".. I asked for an appointment to have the braces removed and was told it would be 2.5 MONTHS before an appointment would be available!! I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessionalism!! They did a good job concerning her braces. I really hate that they turned out be unprofessional and very ghetto! Looking for someone to take her braces off and start over with a more professional dental office.

I love this place. I was so afraid of dentist until I came here. The staff made me feel like I was part of the family. Oh and the office manager is HOT.

This is the slowest office ive ever been to. The staff is unprofessional, and rude. I waited for over an hour, just to be called up to the desk. They called back the wrong patients twice. Probably wont be back .
