The dentist I had was amazingly thorough and explained everything so well!!! The tech answered all of my questions and explained everything in terms that I could understand, too!! The Dentist even worked with me and asked how and what I wanted as far as my treatment plan. I havent always had the opportunity to actually have input when it came to that, so I really appreciated that from this Dentist!! Really an awesome visit. I do NOT like going to the Denist but it was overall actually a good experience at Familia in Racine, WI!!!

I came in for my last 3 extractions on October 18th. I was given a price of $106.50. I paid it but I when went to leave they said I owed another $145.00 because they said it was a "surgical" extraction. Thing is I paid for 3 simple extractions AND 3 surgical extractions. On my other extractions they had to grind bone but those weren't called surgical extractions. Needles to say but I won't be ever going back there. I was warned about this place and they were right. If you go there be careful of their quotes for service! Now they said they wanted to make it right and I should call. I called and talked to someone who would get to the bottom of this. She said I would get a call back. I got no call. I think I'll get on the phone with the BBB.

It's impossible to keep a appointment. Last time I drove 45 mins to get half way to the office for them to call me and cancel, the time before that my kids were scheduled on the offices lunch break so we had to sit in the car for an hour..I even had the text message saying our appointment was at 1pm that's why I hate when the scheduling office answers . My son needed an extraction so I made his appointment at 10:00 and the women was going to schedule my daughter at 10:30 to see the same Dr. Seriously I told her don't you have to schedule them at least an hour apart and she said "yeah it takes about an hour" ? This is why the Dr. is always overbooked and cancelling. My kid's were supposed to be seen in July and they still haven't been seen . The Dr my kids see is wonderful, she's patient but also knows how to be stern with them and have compassion. This is why I drive all the way from Milwaukee to this location for the Dr but the Management and scheduling have been terrible.

Very mechanical, seemed cold , not very welcoming, won't be going there no more , doctor didn't even greet , I would not recommend

this place SUCKED. i had an emergency appointment yesterday because my tooth hurt so bad and they didn't send my medication to walgreens till 5.5 hours later. i tried calling and calling and they wouldn't answer. i will never ever be coming back here.

Dr. A was amazing he took the time to make sure my son was a happy baby during his fillings. . . The staff Vasi also took the time to ensure our visit went as smooth as possible

Tired of them not sending info to insurance (multiple times), canceling appts or waiting til I show up and my dentist is no longer there, even getting my record wrong with which teeth have been worked on.

They were kind and very educated on there work. The staff wasn't as friendly. I had my younger child with me and wasn't very Accommodating there was a TV in our space but it wasn't on every other one was somewhat rush cleaning And recommended that I do not feel her cavities which was weird due to them being baby teeth and they will eventually fall out
