I'm giving one star only because I can't do half a star. This whole place is a Medicaid scam. Push as many people through as possible while giving little to no service. They quite literally don't even do the bare minimum, it's laziness. And the dentistry here is like all of the Indian docs received their degrees online. My "dentist" told me multiple times that it wasn't possible to do something with my front tooth that I've quite literally had done multiple times before once in the civilian sector and another in the military. THEY DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN MY TEETH. What the heck!?

Brought my two girls here for cleaning and first dental visit.. they didn't even do x-rays and didn't even touch or clean my kids teeth!!! charged insurance for services that weren't even rendered?! Just trying to get as many people in and out as fast a possible to make fast money! Do not take your kids here or yourself!! AWFUL service!

I enjoyed my visit with the dentist and I was very well taken care of, my Dentist got to the root of my problem very diligently, I will very much recommend Familia Dental to friends and family.

Non socially don't tell u Anything come up behind u and tell nothing. Just open your mouth. No please or thank you. I went ther for a cleaning and X-rays to check for bad back teeth. Some pieces had already broken off. I have very sensitive teeth and during the cleaning I was jumping all over cause he was hurting me, and again, no sorry, no nothing. No X-rays nothing. Very disappointed. Not sure that I will go back.

Went for a routine cleaning and Dr. Patel identified an issue with my RCT. This RCT was done few years ago by a different dentist and I visited many dentists later, but I was never informed of the problem. Dr Patel did a comprehensive check and provided me with detailed advice on addressing the issue. Surprisingly, doctor assistant (Miss Colleen) too was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Highly recommend. I have never had a bad experience. My children have been patients for over 5 years and have had a easy and quick experience every time. Me personally, I have been turned away by most private practice dental offices and given the run around on referrals because I needed a deep cleaning. I was placed with Charlotte Jakkula and she was so graceful in helping me right on the spot. I was in and out in an hour with more confidence than I have had in years. She is the dentist you hope to meet. The staff has also been very helpful and attentive. Which makes the experience that more pleasant.

Even tho we had appointments scheduled had to wait for more then half hour and definitely not happy with staff response..done here no more next time

I went there because I got an abscess tooth. Had a bump and told them of pain. Instead of looking into they just cleaned my teeth then sent me a wisdom tooth extraction when my wisdom tooth wasn't the issue. Then refer me to number that doesn't work and I had to ASK for antibiotics and he didn't call them in. the dentist was too lazy to check my problem. To expect them to help is futile.

Horrible. Not even minutes into my appt I knew I had a problem! The clinic wasn't up to par it wasn't as clean as I expected it to be. I came in for a cleaning and to discuss both bottom wisdom teeth being extracted. The rooms weren't clean enough and had the nastiest chair (I wish I had of gotten a pic of it). The worker had a bad body odor who also smelled like cigarettes ..while her and the dentist were working on my filling in my teeth (I found out that I had 9 cavities) but they both were talking about a lot of unnecessary things that wasn't pertaining to my visit like weddings, birthdays, other workers, kids etc. which was a little annoying to me. Just unprofessional. Needless to say I will not be returning for a 6 month follow-up. Searching for another dentist office as we speak

Dentist and assistants are awesome the prices are ridiculously high double of what anyone else was. I loved the people we waited twice as long as anyone else but the receptionist was trying her best and attentive to us. Had one extraction and my insurance was used up they charged me 619.00 just for one tooth pulled really disappointed in that. But was in pain and had no choice Familia should look at the costing really outrageous

The place was decently cleaned but my appointment was at 9:30 and I waited in the chair for over an hour with no word from anyone. The doctor came in and said I needed a root canal. He did explain things to me in a way my other dentist never had bothered to without rushing me out... then the assistant said I was free to go. I stopped by the front desk to schedule it and they said "we don't do root canals" which was confusing... apparently I was to be referred but no one said that to me. Now I wait...

I appreciate the assistants that work there, but the lady dentist was rude. I had to request a different dentist bc her attitude sucked. Asked me a question & claimed I had an attitude over their lack of communication. I never got a receipt nor a prescription for pain medicine after getting my tooth pulled. Just told me to take ibuprofen for the pain & they'd call for me the other procedure. I was told one price which was fine, but never given paperwork for pricing just told verbally. I just felt like for the price I should've relieved a receipt plus paperwork stating price ect. I guess things change these days. I wish I could afford to go somewhere else, but it's done now. SMH smh

After Optim Dental "accidentally" extracted 1 too many of my teeth I found it hard to be comfortable visiting a Dentist ever again; Optim did not notify me or reconcile-- just another cavity-ridden peasant to them. While I can't speak for every employee or experience @ La Familia, I can say that Dr. Jakula has restored my faith in Dentists and Dentistry. With every visit she has remembered who I am, executed her procedures with precision, and demonstrated a care that should be commonplace [especially amidst an office that looks perpetually busy]. PLEASE take care of this Woman as she has taken great care of her patients and deserves to be recognized for having done so.
