I came to Familia Dental to get my dentures and I have been very happy with the Dentist and all other staff. They are so nice and I felt like they cared. My dentures fit great!

Treated me very well but it was a disappointment. I still left with tooth pain & was rescheduled for Oct 22nd. People have to suffer for months before anything is addressed. Oct 22nd just 2 hrs before my appointment they cancelled me stating they don't accept BCBS then sent a text telling me I had a 1pm appointment just to get me in to tell me it was cancelled. Moline location -Doctor didn't speak to me or introduce me or even let me know what he was doing in my mouth .. communication is a big deal . the whole visits he was very rude and disrespectful also I'm numb from the neck up can't feel my face at all he was very rude to the dental assistant franky .. the dental assistant Franky was wonderful and she deserves way better . She help me through the whole visit .. love her she is a sweet soul ..

1. Friendly staff at the front desk 2. Unfortunately, the cleaning I went for wasn't done properly. No flossing and the assistant to the dentist almost drowned me when she was spraying water in my mouth.I had to stop her more than once, it was horrible. I am not returning.

I took my 11yo sister, who has autism & anxiety to get a check up & teeth cleaning. She is really nervous about dentist or doctors' visits if what's happening is unfamiliar to her, and I was worried about how she'd do. The Dental Assistants who worked with her were Jaida and Keillyn, and they were absolutely great! Jaida showed my sister every tool that would be used and let her try what they would feel and sound like before the actual cleaning and exam. She also explained everything in a very calming and kid friendly way and did a really great job of putting her at ease. Keillyn was working with other patients during most of the time that we were there, but she came in at the end to put the flouride sealant on my sister's teeth and she was really goofy and friendly with her. The dentist we saw was Dr. Alshair, and he was very patient and calming when talking with my sister as well and was overall very thorough. I also really appreciate that they do appointments on Saturdays and accept Medicaid. Will definitely come back!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've been taking my kids here for the past 2 years now. At first I had no issues. The last appointment I had for my children the office staff was rude and the people in the back were rude to my children. We were rushed in and out. On top of that, a dentist office is mainly dealing with children. Wouldn't you want to treat your smaller patients better? I am so happy I found a different office that treats my children with the respect that they deserve. And makes them feel welcomed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS.

My girlfriend, her 2 kids, and my one year old son had an appointment today. Thought each person would have their own slot, they are all different patients right? No. They cal my girlfriend first, then just assume I'm dad to all 3, fine w/e. The kids have only been to the dentist a couple times and don't wanna get on the chair or anything without Mom. All they did was brush each kids teeth once and then we sat for an hour in the room, with 2 cranky toddlers and baby, while my GF was still off in another room and hadn't been seen except for some X-rays. Seems like the only had one dentist. All the Asiata ya were just chilling on their phones the whole time. A father and his 2 kids who came in AFTER us were being taken care of while we just had to sit endlessly. Facilities were disgusting, looked like urine all over the floor and chair, floors were so beat up they had tried to fix things with duct tape. Wish I could take away stars but had to rate one start just to comment. They do t deserve it. We walked out

If I could rate this place of business I would rate it less then 0, the customer service here is less then satisfactory, NOT only did I take an occurrence at mu current employer but I am double insured as well can pay for my services with HSA account, neat less to say my appointment was cancelled with not one call or anything!!!!!! Rude, and not acceptable at all.

Went for a tooth cleaning/ form for school and asked for a referral to get a double tooth pulled. Dentist refused saying he needed to see orthodontist first so fine, make him an appt.. was told they couldnt schedule him there because he had never been seen by orthodonist thru them before.. so..new patients cant make an appt unless theyve seen them first? How does that work? Especially with a sign across the building offering free ortho appts consults for braces.. the dentist here enjoys causing your child pain and when called out they wont refer you? Never take your child here..familia shouldnt be in the title

I was waiting for months for my appointment and the day of my appointment I need to leave hourly from work, I drive a car not supposed for nothing..I find out they don't take my insurance. They don't said anything about and I ask the day went I make my appointment if they take my insurance and they yes..on the last min.on the office said no..is not right! They said something before so I can find a diferente doctor..they not professional personnel..!!

Man oh man. Been waiting for a root canal 3 months. Appointment tomorrow June 23rd, decided to call and make sure everything is good, and knowing I have a 2 hour drive. She informs me, I don't know if you know but your Appointment is canceled and needs rescheduled. We'll glad I called, what a bummer. What's with all the canceled Appointments??
