This has been a horrible experience. I came to get my wisdom tooth addressed (which I was unaware they didn't operate on.) However, I was told I needed some fillings as well. First, my appointment got pushed back 3 times over 1-2 months, which I was shocked by considering how much pain I was in. Then, when I finally get to my appointment, they want to give me a filling where I have no pain. Said the only pain I felt on the other side was from my wisdom tooth. So I let them finish the fill. I was told that I'd be in discomfort for a few days. This was a month ago and I still can't chew on this side! Well, now I can't chew on either side comfortably and my weight has dropped! I've called several times and left messages and I can never reach anyone. I've never had a dental experience where pain was CAUSED instead of solved. Of course, I can't have them work on it to try and fix it because they'll probably make it worse. They didn't check up on me or nothing. These young ladies need more experience and better management. I can't lie, I'm heated.

This is absolutely the worst dentist office in the city of Milwaukee you won't ever get a chance to see the dentist they constantly reschedule you with zero notice so please do not waste your time to try to schedule or reschedule your appointment here they are a complete waste of time

I am so happy that the state made a dentist (Familiar Dental) that provide for the ppl living in poverty.... Familiar Dental is great at setting fast appointments. You're not in the waiting for hours...... The staff at the front desk has great customer service skills. They get you in and out. They call you when it's time for a check-up. Unlike back in the days appointments were 6 mths away and they didn't call so if you missed an appointment that's another 6 mths. Thank you Familiar Dental for letting me keep a smile on my face

The dentist gets a five! She helped me with insurance and we came up with a plan. However I was supposed to see her at the end of August and they cancelled at the last minute. I called to verify that the afternoon appointment was in the afternoon and l confirmed the two hour appointment, yes they said. Then when I got the dentist said check with your insurance again. We has to get approval from insurance had to be resubmitted because it was a different location. I was only there for 15 Minutes! And had to get a ride there. It's not close to my house. The receptionist said it was corporate offices fault, I called during dentists hours and recognized a voice who had originally said the wrong information. Great dentist. Receptionists are sometimes rude but mostly incompetent.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I drive 45 mins away to Racine just so I never have to rerun here when this office is 3 mins from my house. The security guard here was one of the most disrespectful people I've ever encountered , complaining loud on her phone while she sits in a corner and tries to bully the kids in the waiting area. When I told her she could speak nice to the children after all they are children she began to scream at me and we went into a shouting match. While not one person defended their child. The front desk employees look like they're being held by gunpoint and have no manners whatsoever just rude down to the Doctors , to the front desk, all the way to the security. To top it off when I sat in the chair to be seen by the Dr ketchup got all over my pants and new shoes because they were eating their lunch (McDonald's) in the room where they work on teeth smh ridiculous!

Very unprofessional. We went in and had a terrible experience with the security guard talking on her phone and the receptionists being rude and rushing even though they see we had a 1 year old. I wanted to be seen by a different dentist office but my insurance only covered my XRays once in a certain amount of time. I have been waiting almost 6 months after emailing, calling, and visiting, to get those XRays sent to me. And even when they did send them to me, for my family, the pictures had no information. Aside from the unprofessionalism, the actual dentist was rough and rude. She was aggressive with my son and clearly didn't know her own strength. Clearly people need a dentist, but you WILL NOT get great customer service here or any type of Tailored assistance unless you speak Spanish. And that was seen firsthand from a Spanish speaker who they thought didn't speak Spanish.

My kids have been coming to this place for a few months now and within that time, there has been no issues. The dentist and the assistants to great at their job, everyone is friendly, and I do enjoy the atmosphere. So far there aren't any complaints and I do see there being any either.

Lol listen to the reviews they cancelled on me the day before my appointment for the 3rd time...they love their own kind and the rest of us get treated poorly notice how the positive reviews are from Hispanics! GO ELSEWHERE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED I wouldn't trust them working on my teeth please pay attention to the negative reviews

This is the 3rd time I've received a text about my appointments being cancelled due to the Dr. being "out of office". Literally been waiting for months and months. Ridiculous!

I was well attended to all the way from the front desk till the end of my visit. The pricing was good, and the service was excellent. My mouth is now healthier like never before. Upon arrival, front desk said they don't have an appointment for my kid even though I had a text reminder proving the appointment that was set over a month ago. Then said they don't provide the service he was scheduled for(a silver crown)... then said they will fit him in for his cleaning, after waiting an hour & 10minutes, the dentist finally arrived & only did a fluoride treatment, no cleaning.
