I've been trying to get seen for almost a year. I've had 4 appointments canceled within a year. I would not recommend this place.

My child's appointment has been cancelled several times over the last year. Appointments are booked out 3-6months to be told the day off or a couple days before the dentist is out. No need to reply to the message. We have contacted a new dentist.

Anytime I need them they are right on time I never leave here without my issue resolved I love that they offer walk-ins they are saviors UPDATE: they went from the best to The worst They have cancelled appointments on me TWICE causing me to miss work then they LIE & say they called or texted & told me it was cancelled but if I stay up on my appointment enough to come don't u think I would stay up on the fact it was cancelled then they tell me the day of my procedure that my insurance all of a sudden doesn't cover my crown & of course she said she called to tell me this but you guessed I never received a call nor do I have the voicemail she claimed she left. I let this slide at first but for this to be the 2nd time it happened I am finding a new dentist

I had my 6-month appointment which ended up being canceled two times from your office then I call to make an appointment in your on South Milwaukee office which canceled on me once I gave them my insurance information but once I made it to the appointment I found out they don't accept my insurance so I paid the $65 for the teeth cleaning only for the dentist to tell me I need a deep cleaning so she didn't do anything for the $65 then hands me a estimated bill of $1,100 to do the deep cleaning something that I cannot afford right now so basically my 6 month cleaning ended up being extended to an extra 3 months due to all of your cancellations and the employees that set up your appointment and you give them your insurance information they should check to make sure that your office accepts that insurance before they confirm an appointment very poor service very disappointed

Very unprofessional. Cancelled my appointment at 8 o'clock the day of no phone call , the excuse was unforeseen circumstances . I didn't know until I arrived and the doors were locked. Others waiting said this is a frequent issue. Sad thing is I cannot reschedule because all other locations are fully BOOKED until January. UNACCEPTABLE. I waited a month and a half for this appointment and this is how you treat patients who have been coming to this buildings for years?!? Btw the dental assistants arrive coffee in hand and sneak inside no explanation or apologies.

Worst dental facility in the city. How do you schedule an appointment on a a the office isn't open? Terrible customer service, not professional at all!! Try another dental office. Had to give a star to post!!

It took 9 months to get upper denture,still doesn't fit....DONT GO HERE!! ON one occasion they had to CANCELL because the instruments weren't clean....

Very friendly team. Teeth felt great when I left I do feel a little like they rush you in and out. Dental appointments when I was younger we're almost an hour long and my mouth got a full evaluation, cleaning, flossing, polishing, etc. This appt maybe lasted 25-30 minutes. If I didn't ask for the Polish at the end, it only would have been the bare minimum of cleaning of the gums and that's it. At least they're clean though and no cavities!

I lost my tooth because they made my crown wrong. They are unable to solve the problem. They say call for nothing.

Called first thing in the morning, needed to be seen on an emergency visit (tooth broke in half) was told to come in at 1:45 to sign up to be seen. When I got there I was told they Don't do that. ANOTHER DAY AND NIGHT IN HORRIBLE PAIN FOR ME !!!!

This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a dental office, the WORST! I went in for an emergency appointment, and waited four hours just to be told by the dentist that she would not be able to help me. They took x-rays, and she even numbed me up for a procedure. She then comes in a hour later after numbing me and saying that she couldn't do it because it would be cutting into her lunch hour. The staff there was so amazing, but the dentist was a demon from hell. She knew that I was in sooooo much pain and had waited for hourssss!!!! Needless to say, I left in tears and called Evolution dental and the got me in the next day. All she's interested in is doing root canals instead of just elevating the pain when necessary. Must be more money in doing root canals.

Staff was friendly and even though I was scared to get my teeth filled they were very understanding
