I've had my appointment canceled multiple times by this clinic at the last minute. Then when rescheduled I'm forced to wait 4 more months. My tooth needs to be taken care of. I'm not happy.

The dentist my son had was amazing!! She was gentle and passionate about her work! He wasn't on comfortable with her at all!! I really wish I knew her name because she deserves a lot of appraisal on how she was!! She was so sweet and kind! And my son also made her happy on he was so patient and wasn't moving or anything just laying there while she was checking his teeth and cleaning them! And when they were done she even let him pick out a prize! Definitely recommend!

Had 2 teeth removed at once...even with the digging to get the one out I had minimal pain the day after. Even after the numbing wore off I had little to no pain....GREAT JOB!!!

Everyone was very nice, but waited 1.5 hours and then asked to reschedule. I also live 2 hours away and questioned me that there wasn't a dentist closer.

I have found them to be friendly, efficient and the work done on my teeth for fillings and a crown have been good quality work.

I moved back to Madison a year ago and I was concerned about finding good health care here. I was fortunate to discover Familia Dental Madison East. The support staff are helpful and knowledgeable and Dr Bimarthi is thorough and personable. As well the rates are very reasonable.

This place is unbelievably horrible. Every month another Dentist leaves you have no time to establish an action plan before you're seeing a new Doctor and have to start over. They did replace the front desk staff which was very warranted. All in all it's a frustrating experience trying to get Dental care at this facility.

It was my daughter's first experience at a dentist and my first one in a long time. My teeth are pretty messed up and I was kind of embarrassed but they were super professional and polite and didn't make me feel bad at all which I was nervous about. My daughter got board waiting in the room so some nice woman came and took her and gave her some little toys which made her stop whining I would definitely recommend this place to other people thank you guys

It's alright I guess. The assistants... nurses? Whatever their title is are always super nice. The dentist however tend to be rude and judgmental. I was actually uncomfortable with the dentist I saw and hope not to see her again.

I had to try Familia Dental because my prior clinic stopped taking my insurance. I usually love going to the dentist, but that was not the case today. The "cleaning" was a very rapid water pick service that ended up with my getting sprayed all over. No polishing, no flossing. Then a goopy flouride smudged on my teeth that got all over tge place. I don't feel like my teeth even got cleaned. They made a follow up appointment for cavities that I thought she said I just had to watch, not get filled. It was clear that it's just a place to get you in and out. I'd almost rather pay full price cash somewhere just to get an actual cleaning.

The one receptionist was really rude, didn't know her job and all I could hear was Wrestling papers she was not talking into the microphone. When I told her I was having pain, she told me the next appointment was November something. I'm experiencing nerve pain honey, the dentist will tell me to make an emergency appointment, but she's only the receptionist, so she doesn't know these things. So tell me which days to come in that are for emergencies only. She couldn't tell me. She was stumped. She didn't know the information.

Friendly greeting on arrival, appointment was on time, dentist and assistant were extremely professional and kind. Totally understood my dental anxiety and were very accommodating.

I had an 11:00 appointment. It is 11:45 and I am still waiting. No one has come to explain that the dentist is running behind nor how much longer I'll have to wait. New dental care facility, I think. A hour an a half wait for about 15inutes of care. Seems a bit lopsided. While everyone I interacted with was polite, no one explained the long wait or apologized until I asked why my appointment was so delayed. I must return next week. I'll let you know how that one goes. UPDATE For my follow up appointment the wait was better, maybe 20 minutes and the dentist answered all of my questions. A much better visit. Still not sure if I will stay with Familia Dental off East Washington Ave. If the in the next visits the service remains uneven, I will start looking for a new dental care facility.
