Worst service I've ever experienced. Unprofessional receptionist. They don't care for patients and don't value people's time. Very disappointing that they canceled one of my kids appointments the same day, and even though I kept the second appointment I was waiting half and hour to get my daughter seen. I explained to them that I had to work and they did not give me a reasonable answer but an attitude. So I ended up walking out. Will never go back to that clinic. 0/10

This is the best location, they truly treated us like family. It ran so smoothly, no sitting there waiting and waiting. Everything was clean, the staff was knowledgeable, professional, they addressed every concern we had AND HAPPY! like real smiles people! I could never consider going to another location.

I'm grateful they take my insurance. My last couple of experiences there for routine cleanings since the pandemic have been overall very unpleasant. I was there for almost two hours yesterday just for a light routine cleaning. I never dreaded the dentist before I started going here. It wasn't just the wait time though. I totally understand that staff can be new and needs to learn but I have felt that I was being practiced on at a dental school the last two times I have gone there.

The staff- front desk, dental assistants and the dentist were all so kind and competent. I felt taken care of. The dentist took her time and did a great job.

Terrible place. Extremely unorganized. No way you can get in touch via phone. Call goes to answering service who tells you even they can't get in touch. Dentists are nice but mostly they will suddenly cancel appointment that you made a month ago and disappear and then they'll give you another appointment few months ahead. Please find another dentist.

Had to finish my root canal and it was quick and easy with the help of doctor Nick and his assistant Maddie (sorry if I spelt those incorrect)and the rest of the staff had a very rude customer and they all dealt with it professionally

I had my first appt here to check and clean my 71yo teeth, and all done in one visit by extradinary team! Next my son Steven K had his 1st appt to check clean and fillings!! All one appt! Excellent Care Again! Ty! Steve said they made stressful situation Not!!

My experience was horrible. The dentist have absolutely no patient skills,,, the wait time is horrible,,, all around terrible customer service!! I will not be going back,,, I'm going to a new clinic!! Horrible,, I will never refer any one to familia dental!!

Well, the people there have been friendly enough & the place is clean. I've always liked them the last year 1/2, but a month ago my 6 y.o. son was seen/had x-rays to show his cavities. His first dentist set up multiple appointments to get his cavities filled. When we go to the first appointment we were waiting for over 30 minutes just for this other Dentist to come tell us that she can't work on his teeth based on what she saw of these x-rays (from a month ago) because she doesn't feel comfortable doing it... & then refers us to a specialist. I wasted half my day & half of my son's school day & drove 30 minutes there & 30 minutes back with a crying baby, to get absolutely nothing done for him. They could of told us this the last appointment that they don't have the right staff or equipment for the job, instead of wasting my time & gas. Now it will be even later till he can get his teeth worked on.

Just want say if want good feel good bout yourself Take from me we all know as Lady's but just don't cause your Teeth's or Smile MAYBE gone. Stop by Family dental not only u look great feel great as well cause Lady's there Ready care Try for yourself
