The dentist and dental assistants are great here! Efficient, professional, and kind. However, my experience with the lady at the front desk was not pleasant. The dental assistant instructed her to schedule an appointment for me with an endodontist. She did not know that I had missed my first two appointments due to, first, getting pregnant and second, losing that baby. She spoke to the endodontist office negatively about me, as I stood in front of her, and put me down for cancelling my appointments. Then she handed me a paper with my appointment and said "I don't suggest you cancel this time" and looked away. She doesn't know the sad details of my situation, but no client should be treated like that.

This was my first initial visit with this dental office. I had a very pleasant experience, was in and out with hardly any wait time in the lobby, and my dentist thoroughly explained my personal action plan to give me relief from the discomfort I'm feeling from my teeth and a smile I truly deserve.

Good prices, I arrived a half hour early and they took me in immediately. They let know ahead of time what your cost will be. Friendly staff. You're not in an individual room so you can hear everything that's going on around you.

An appointment was scheduled but I called to confirm the appointment considering I did not receive notifications like I usually do but the office had no record of my appointment. At my appointment I mentioned I did not receive any notifications to confirm my appointment therefore I had to reschedule the appointment weeks out. At my appointment I mentioned not receiving notifications yet again and was told all of my information was input incorrectly. Adding to these disappointments I waited over an hour to be seen and even was told that I cannot receive a documentation of treatment because the doctor will Submit that information at a later time. I was told to come back the following day for some sort of itemized receipt. Although the doctor was very informative and professional the front desk representatives did not match similar courtesies

My very first dental visit was very pleasant. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and Dr Thomas made me feel very comfortable and was very informative. Letting me know exactly what she was doing. Dr Thomas' bed side manner was exceptional. I am confident when I go back next week I will be more at ease knowing I will be very well taken care of.

Dr. Thomas did an amazing job diagnosing and treating a severe tooth infection I had that was spreading to other teeth. The care I received was top notch and I didn't feel pressured at any time to agree to anything in the moment. However, I was in so much pain I had the emergency procedure done the same day. Even though it was the end of day Dr. Thomas continued to numb me until she was able to successful extract what was needed. I needed 2 teeth extracted and I seriously only thought she had extracted one, because she was so quick and I was so numb. Thank you SO much! This was the most pleasant (as much as dental experiences can be pleasant) experience.

Such a great place to take my family!!! Everyone is so sweet and quick to answer questions!!! The dentist are funny and the assistant are Soo caring... And a great big shout out to Mrs. HERLY!!! THANKS FOR BEING SO AWESOME WITH MY BABIES!!!

Dr. Thomas was very kind and understanding to my child's situation. Her hygienist was also very kind. My child was traumatized at a young age and she asked a lot of questions due to her high anxiety. And everyone handled my child with care and explained what every instrument was and their purpose. They made my child and me feel at ease and we were able to get our cleaning done without a hitch.

My daughter and I both are seen here and they're wonderful. All the providers are knowledgeable and friendly, they offer down to earth realistic options for regular working class people. The reception staff is great, efficient and so friendly. Have recommended this place before and continue to do so.

Enjoyed the experience, as much as a person can getting teeth pulled. Staff vary friendly, the dentist was great, he gave me the information I need to make further treatments, wait time was longer than I expected but all was good. Thanks to all of them

Took my son here for his first apt, and they were amazing with him! He has sensory issues and they were so inviting when we walked in, and the dentist Karla was amazing and very patient with him!
