Friendly staff, Clean Environment! Dr. Shirde, Renee, and Maria were all amazing polite and joked with me! Renee even went and checked on my 8yr old son that was in the waiting area while I was in my appointment!

I went there to refill ONE tooth and left with the worst experience ever in a dental office. There sales strategy to get you there is very deceptive. $65 special that includes Xrays and cleaning. However, if you do not need the cleaning, according to their office you can pay $19 for the Xrays. What they don't tell you is that you won't get a full set of Xrays, but only a targeted Xray of the area the dentist needs to work on. I chose the $19 option since I didn't require a cleaning. When I questioned the anomaly, my attending dentist was quick to apologize for the misunderstanding and make good, by agreeing to have me return for a full set of Xrays and a cleaning if I agreed to pay the $46 difference. Apparently that did not go down well with the Office Manager, a young lady who seems more concerned about enforcing her interpretation of the $65 vs $19 offers and insisted she was not obliged to honor the dentist's agreement that was made with me. This unprofessional and awful customer service was in addition to the inconvenience of having to make multiple visits to fill one tooth. First visit to Xray, then a return to fill the tooth. In the process of filling tooth the local anaesthesia is applied and then you're left to wait in the chair for how ever long the dentist takes with the next patient next door for the filling process to be completed. Never again! The attending dentist was pleasant and her work seemed professional. I would definitely use her services again, but only when she opens her own private office.

We love the Kenosha, Familia Dental office. Our daughter has been going there for the last 2 years. The office is clean, organized and we always get treated with great care and respect! 5 stars to the Dr.s and team! Keep up the great work!

They were so friendly and nice explained everything as they did it and found things the other dentist missed or just didn't care so I'm so thankful for la familia dental not to mention how fast they work they don't just leave you sitting there I'm going to recommend them to everyone they're great

Embarrassed and Very displeased with office for not contacting me before I showed up at the time appointment was scheduled. Second inconvenience I've experienced with this office. Dentists leave to other locations without informing patients who's insurance approved procedures then it expires before patient able to have work done previously scheduled. Prayers it gets better.

They are super awesome. Especially with my grandson 7 yrs old the assistant and the Dentist was so understanding when they seen my anxiety kick in. Smiling and surprised but comforting lol thank you guys

I have been waiting on dentures for months now. I was told my set came and was broke and yesterday I was called in saying the teeth didn't fit but how would you know if the teeth never was in the dentist when I arrived. Now I have to do my mold all over again and some more appointments now another few months without my smile.yes I do NOT agree with the dental work or the people that are putting me through this process. I believe if my insurance was more popular I would have had my teeth and smile back months ago.

My entire family are patients at the Kenosha office. All of their employees are very kind and friendly. They seem to have a very high turnover rate, but no matter what, we always receive great service and a pleasant visit.

I would like to know who decides when reminder emails are sent. I had back surgery Tuesday September 27th. I received a reminder of my dental appointment Wednesday September 28th at 2:22 am. This is absolutely unacceptable regardless. Needless to say I am really irritated. Someone has some serious explaining to do... Rena

Dr. G was so good she did a great review the staff a very friendly and the dental assistants are amazing very he y'al and they take their time and don't rush they also make sure ur very comfortable I would recommend

I absolutely LOVE Familia Dental in Kenosha. It's so clean and new looking inside and the staff is so friendly and willing to help. It's usually fast service and they're very good with children as well. My son has been going there for 4 years now. He loves the dentist. LOL Thanks Familia Dental!
