Came in for cleaning and staff was super sweet and considerate. Front desk was so nice and welcoming, makes you feel more at ease when coming to the dentist. The Dentist herself was so sweet, and dental assistant was amazing, I recommend getting a cleaning/treatment done here! leaving satisfied and content

The doctors and dental assistants are amazing. Although I did have some issues when it came to scheduling, they were able to get me in right away. I got my wisdom teeth removed and the doctor was absolutely amazing. She was gentle and when I felt pain, she stopped and let me take a breather. Amazing doctors!! Only issue would be the staff when it came to making the correct scheduling.

Not only was the staff friendly at the front deskb amazing ladies, bit the whole staff all the way around were beyknd friendly & helpful. With my kids, 18 nths & 4 yrs old, to myself & even my mother. Gave plently of options for my mother's dental work & to take good care of my teeth for my cleaning. Drilled too deep on a cavity hit the nerve now we have to go to an orthodontist. Waited 2 hrs to been seen with an appointment. After first appointment got scheduled 3 months out for cavity filling appointment.

I have been going to this facility for the past five years. I have never had a bad experience! The individuals that work here are very patient and kind. I love that they are helpful. When I do go to their office they schedule me for another appointment. So that way I don't have to call up there and it just makes the process more convenient for me.

The doctor was not patient, im guessing she was burned out bc it was towards the end of day. After i complained about my area of concern, they couldnt figure out what was wrong. They referred me to others which is exactly what ill do.

Omg! This is my go to place for all my families dental needs. The staff are amazing and very friendly and attentive. Ali is so amazing and quick to respond with appointments and all other needs. If u haven't been to one of her events for Familia Dental than u are missing out. She does so much for the community and gives back more than any organization i know. She is very respectful and always has a smile. My family will always use Familia Dental in hobbs.

Took my son in for his ortho appt & once again we were seen in a timely manner and the entire staff was absolutely amazing!! The front office staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful and everyone we've dealt with in the back has been amazing.
