Different treatment in this place, this place needs a lot of love. Its missing love for different individuals. I went in comfortable and left out unsure. It's not the building, no its who work in it. Otherwise I think I would rather go somewhere else.

Familia dental is terrible with customer service, I have been with them for four years now and I'm always kind and polite. The staff constantly seem frustrated or careless about what's going on. The Pettit location would get me in and out with no problem, we were forced to go to Coldwater and it has been a problem since. They don't send out reminders, no one ever answers the phone. I have been calling for 3 days to schedule my apt and haven't been able too. The only good thing about familia dental is that they are affordable.

I wasn't satisfied because my son is not even 3 and I wanted to be in the room with him while they cleaned his teeth . Originally I was told scheduling our appts I was told I had to be well while he was sitting with me at my appointment they said "come on were gonna go Into the next room and brush your teeth" and I said "id like to be in the room with him can you wait till I am done please" to the two nurses and dr and they still went ahead and cleaned his teeth without me there

And then another staff ( it was a young lady, not a dentist) came to clean his teeth, just for 4 minutes and she said it's done. It's not even the same minutes that we waited...

(Reviewing Coldwater location) I gave 3 stars because the dentist is direct and sweet. We really like her! The hygienists are all really nice too. The reason for only giving it 3 stars is because the receptionists are always very unwelcoming and unenthusiastic. When I walk up to the desk they don't give a greeting or even look up from the computer screen, they simply say "name." It feels like I'm bothering them by coming in.

This was my 2nd time trying Familia. This experience was just as worse as the first. This dentist is why people don't want to visit the dentist. The first time I visit petite and because I didn't want an extraction, the dentist refused to give me an atb for an infected tooth that he clearly seen on the x rays. I recently did a visit a Coldwater. I was not given a dental plan on what work needs to be done. The lady dentist (no one introduced themselves) looked at my x rays said "you need crown and root canal. $3000 crown for each teeth (3 teeth). Your insurance does not cover this. If you don't want root canal and crown, make another appointment and I extract." Basically your insurance dictates how you will be treated. And if it isn't the insurance that they prefer expect to have a bad experience. I left in the same severe amount of pain that I went in with for the SECOND time. If it wasn't for Parkview physicians I wouldn't even have an ATB for abscess that could literally kill you. I sat in the parking lot in search of another dentist. Second and last time I will ever go to familia. The whole environment is unwelcoming, unfriendly, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. Again this is my second time, different location. Same results.

I got 3 of my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Kakarala. He was very nice and so was his assistant. He numbed my jaw and I couldn't feel a thing when I got my teeth pulled. It was fast and simple! It didn't hurt a lot after and I was able to eat normally after a few hours. This office was the best out of every dental office I have been in!

Of I could give them less than one star I would. They don't call you back there customer service is horrible and if your a Veteran run they don't give to cents about use and working with the VA

Got 3 of my wisdom teeth removed here! I would highly recommend coming here for extractions. Everyone is so nice and Dr.Kakarala did a good job removing my wisdom teeth. Insurance will most likely cover it too, you just have to ask if it will! You can also get an appointment right away as well.
