Everybody is friendly and very welcoming. They're willing to help and if they can't fix it they will make sure you know how to find someone who can. 100% the best Dentists office I've ever been to.

Waited a hour in a half after showing up on time to my appointment to be told they couldn't help me out but they could provide me with amoxicillin. I asked to sign a waiver to have a tooth pulled but dr.lee reckon was to busy. Cost me more money than What the trouble was worth. Wouldn't recommend this place. Staff on other hand was doing everything they could to help me out.

My experience was great at familia dental. From the front with Samantha and Nicole they made things easy for me and Taylor and Dr Lee did amazing with my crown. 10/10 recommend

My wife was suppose to be seen here today. She waited weeks for this appointment. Even after her last one where she was dismissed and treated poorly, we looked past it because she was desperate to have the work done. She drove 45 minutes; waited almost 2 hours and did not get seen. She was suppose to have a driver, her grandpa met her from Corydon (hour drive in the opposite direction) just to give her a ride. However, the dr came in; said he didn't schedule this (even though he absolutely did) and sent her away. Not beforehe belittled her as if she did something wrong for following his instructions. My wife needed this appointment that she has waited on so badly. I literally have tears in my eyes thinking of the heart break and pain she has suffered through to this appointment. What happened to her today should never happen to anyone. Now she gets to wait in agony for weeks to come. There is no fairness in that.
