The Dr we had was so amazing! We brought our 5 year old who was very scared and they eased his feelings so kindly and quickly. The Dr talked to him so sweet. Our child needed a few appointments worth of work and he did so great every time and it was all because of that Dr. Unfortunately I don't recall his name but he was amazing! I'm sure all their staff is amazing!

Don't recommend to do you Orthodontist treatment here at all ! Seems like they have too many patients to care for one needs, not to mention they change Dentists like every 6 months

Would not recommend! My kid has had tooth pain since June and we first went to Elgin location. Got x-rays, Dentist said go to Addison for Dentist to determine if teeth need to come out (pretty sure they do and spacer needs to be in place). Needs pediatric dentist. Waited an hour in dentist chair with two kids. Went to Addison. Same thing, hour wait in dentist chair and another set of x-rays "yes he does need them removed, make appointment with pediatric dentist here." Month out. Definite day to remove tooth. Appointment day and after being in pain two months and coming back again for antibiotic for swelling pediatric dentist takes x-rays and it's a CONSULTATION. Not once has someone understood he is in pain. Can't eat. And now we have had to keep seeing other dentists. Also disappointed they normally take 2-3 days to email x-rays. A normal dentist can get them within the hour. I had to escalate to management because third party phone people couldn't get office to pick up and instead of having them for my 1:30p appointment I got them at 6:30p. Also facilities were NOT clean.

Worst cleaning I have ever had in my life. Took less than 10 mins. Pretty sure they're committing insurance fraud because a regular cleaning is supposed to take at least an hour. Absolutely awful. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

Magical Familia Dental... Made an appointment 2 days ago for today at 11:30. Found a different dentist that took insurance that I had. I went with the other dentist. Being a good patient I called familia dentist to cancel my appointment, a day ahead of time. I was told there was no appointment for me. My appointment disappeared... Magical...

The front desk is really friendly and the dentists and dental assistants are really great with kids and explain everything and answer all questions. I booked a first time appointment for myself.

I had my teeth exrayed and cleaned no issues. Everything went okay no problems. Thank God. Would recommend to family for general dentistry.

Dr Lee and the techs at Familiar Dental are great !..The entire process was done professional and patient friendly....I would highly recommend them to any one I know that's in need off dental services..I am very happy with my dentures result...Game changer .

I was so comfortable with my dental appointment. I believe I can do it as soon as I can get rid of my congested heart failure. Fingers crossed. God bless
