Seems they are very over booked. I had setup 3 appointments. Myself and two referrals. When the referrals hadn't gotten an email I told her to call them. Come to find out they had scheduled them with the wrong dentist. They couldn't go. So after waiting a month and a half they were set up for another month. They were my ride. I went and they did nothing that day. Next appointment is May 5th. Crazy

I had an appointment for a cleaning yesterday. I arrived a little early, and was seen in no time at all. Dr. Wong and the entire staff were all very pleasant and professional.

Everyone was so kind and they showed they actually cared about your health and your teeth and explained everything very well ! Recommend this place to anyone any day !!!

Appt. with Familia to get a crown and filling done. Mind you a crown is apparently a 2 hours appt window, and is a reschedule from July cause they can't figure out their own schedule and cancelled on me saying the dentist would be out. The filling has already fallen out...twice, so this would be their third attempt. Show up and they ask if I'm ready for my cleaning and x-rays...uh no, that's not what the appt. is supposed to be for. Oh well sir, we only scheduled you for a 30 min appt. and won't have time to do either the crown or filling. Next available for the crown is February. For the filling I'm supposed to be on a cancellation list and come in every day around noon to see if anyone cancelled. If you need anything more than a cleaning and x-ray, go elsewhere. Their scheduling dept. and office don't talk apparently.

Went online Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday. I had a filling from years ago fall out, and they were able to see me the next day. Replaced the filling, and even did a cleaning after. Friendly, helpful people, great dentist, and NO PAIN whatsoever!

This is the worst place on God's green earth, to make someone pay for a service that they are not even getting is absurd! This place has not had an orthodontist in months and they are still billing for my daughters braces. We have not even been able to get an appointment in over 3 months. We are suppose to pay at each appt every month. But they were still adding payments even without her being seen! This place needs to be shut down. Then we were unable to make an appointment with another Familia facility in Springfield or Champaign. All my kids come here and I come here as well. Customer is horrible. Can even give me a balance of what I've paid already. Lauren White is the only good thing about this place. She's at least tries to accommodate the patients.

Took my daughter here and they were great. The dental hygienists we're absolutely fantastic with my daughter The dentist was great. My daughter was extremely nervous, because she had to get a tooth pulled, and everyone there made her feel better. This will definitely be our new dentist.

Honestly grateful for this familia Dental location. Staff are great & the Dentist (male) was gentle, considerate & commutative. I'm glad me & my son use the Decatur location. BTW we travel 40 miles. Keep up the great work! The wait times are also improving!

First time going here insurance changed so I had to go to in network. Was very pleased with the overall experience Dr Wong was very informative with my situation and made a care plan to relieve me of my pain. She went ahead with my cleaning everything was modern and efficient from the X-rays to the cleaning top notch equipment. Enjoyed looking out the big picture window just a little nervous when a car would be parking in front of the window though thinking to myself please don't hit the gas and not the break also the tech was very pleasant and efficient I didn't gag with the X-rays.

Waiting takes forever 2 & 1/2 hour's employees really nice my apt don't take as long as a waited. Going again let's see how fast they are my second time back.

Decatur Location: I cannot thank the staff enough for being so kind and knowledgeable. This is one of the very few places that accepts my insurance and I am beyond happy that I found them. They're very reassuring, let you know what's going on throughout your appointment and are happy to answer any and all questions you have. Being able to get in and get my problem teeth taken care of after having a baby is wonderful. Highly recommend the Decatur Location!

My first experience wad great but the 2nd time I brought my 4yr old in for his 2nd tooth extraction which he did great the 1st time but 2nd was horrible I had a different dr and they were not children friendly my son kept asking what things were used for hes curious but once he noticed them getting annoyed and tapping their instruments on the metal table he starting freaking out. The dr was clearly annoyed and while the dr and assistant left the area they were talking to others about how he was being a pain and they'd try 1 more time then give him to someone else because they didn't have time. I'm currently pregnant and just this 1 appointment had not only traumatized my son but me and my other son just from witnessing. ( I only had issues with this specific dr and assistant every other I have seen there were great!)
