The staff Is very nice and cordial and care about your experience there with integrity and precision. They're very professional and polite! The head dentist is moving on but I'm sure they'll replace her w/ someone who's just as great!

The front desk here is horrible. I've been waiting for months to schedule an appointment &they just keep telling me to call back to see if there's cancelations for the next day. It's not my responsibility to keep calling in, in my opinion &it's frustrating when there's work THAT NEEDS DONE. The dentist herself is a sweetheart but the front desk is a joke.

When my daughter was scared and was freaking out instead of making her feel comfortable they slammed they instruments down on the table and yelled at her. Lawsuit is what this place is getting. Very unprofessional and needs shut down. What type of person wants to be disrespected. Poor management and poor employee ratings. Plus their dental work looks like they slapped glue on ball of paper. Garbage..

Called the Davenport office today & the so called manager was sooo rude & unprofessional! I talked to someone over a month ago to set up an appointment for my son so he has a cleaning completed before school starts in August because both Davenport & Moline locations book appointments more than a month out & have only ONE DOCTOR! & the appointment was obviously never scheduled in the system! Again this was over a month smh ...What an inconvenience! I did not get an apology or any good customer service today when I called. The manager was trying to talk over me & was raising her voice. I was already upset because I continuously have issues with Familia Dental so she made things worse! I told her I wasn't coming back & I would find new dental care else where!

Second time in a row I've had my appointment cancelled by the office. First time they did not send me any confirmation call, text, or email (though they claimed they did), but cancelled because I did not confirm. This time my appointment was cancelled again over the confirmation. They called at 9 am and had already cancelled my appointment when I called back at 2:30 on my break at work. I have no clue how good the dentists are, but the front desk is absolutely awful.

Took a while to be seen which was ok because the Women Dentist is AMAZING! She is so sweet and kind and was great with our 2 boys! Highly recommended!

This was most aweful place I've ever been to! They schedule way too many people at one time. Have every room filled with people and only 1 dentist. Rooms are not even private. They are wide open for everyone to see. She starts one person goes back and forth leaving you sitting there forever. Went there with SIL, never saw anyone wash hands as they were going back and forth. Place is filthy. They numbed my SIL up, then left to go work on someone else. When they came back they had to renumb her because they left her sit too long!

Was just very unprofessional. While I was waiting, I could hear them complain about how long the visit would be. They didn't give me a chance to hardly talk, they didn't really listen to what I had to say or seem to care about my concerns. It was done sloppy and quick. I didn't even get a flouride rinse. They rinsed my teeth with water and took x-rays and then refered me to a different place to get my wisdom teeth removed, ming you They were impacted and hurting. They said I'd have to wait over a YEAR to get them out. They didn't help me with any of the issues I had what so ever. And they say the same thing to every patient there. The women at the front desks were unprofessional as well. They did the bare bare minimum and I'm just so disappointed. :(

I came in on February for a check up because my tooth was hurting. They said I need a deep cleaning and an approval from my insurance. It took 5 MONTHS later for approval. Update: after 5 month of having my right side being deep cleaned, my left side need deep cleaning. They said they put me on cancellation list and it's been another 6-8 month. It's impossible to get an appointment here, and when you do, they delay it even more. They really don't care about their patients.

If you have a child with dental pain do not go here. I do not recommend them to anyone. They just send you over a hr away. If you can even get there. Where'd they get their license? The back of a cracker jack box?

Worst dentist office I have EVER dealt with in my life!! They told me they would put me on a cancellation list for two months now they keep stringing me along and neglecting me as a patient! Every time I call they have no recollection of what's going on, they keep not putting me on the cancellation list like their promising! They do NOT care about their patients! They do not even do cleanings properly, they get you in and rush you back out to try to make as much money as they can! RUDE and ARGUMENTATIVE receptionist who will argue with you about something you know your not wrong about! NEVER GOING BACK!

I was not impressed with the dentist. She was not very communicative and I felt she was quite rough. I have an appointment to go back in March but will find another dentist to go to. I do not know her name.

I would NEVER recommend this slum of a dentists office. They had a half hour to an hour wait time (I waited 1 hour before I walked out) and I was never notified of it by any staff. I sat and waited until I was called back after 25 minutes past my appointment time, was then told by the dental assistant, "we're running late today" then disappeared for another 37 minutes without checking back in. I was in the back room with a dental bib on by the time I realized it had been officially over hour with zero dental work performed and decided to get up and leave. I feel like my time and myself as a patient mean't nothing to this office and was treated as so. If you need an office true to appointment time I highly recommend a legitimate dentist office, this place was unorganized, slow and unprofessional as all get out.

Very rude went in for appt and they said they cant take us because they supposedly called me yesterday to confirm the appt when they never did
