Dr.Michaels charisma and positive attitude would always make the visits great. The front office staff are very nice and always welcome you and assure that your in good hands. Familia Dental is family friendly and affordable.

I had a cracked tooth that was so agonizing. They took me in as a new PT walk in and I got fixed up within an hour and half. So grateful for the doctor and the super friendly staff who also got me in right away. 5 smiles!

Both my wife and I visited the Familia Dental this week at our scheduled appointment times. The front ladies were very nice and cordial. The X-ray lady took us in one after the other rather quickly and took some X-rays of both of us. There seemed to be several assistants but only one Dentist. After the X-rays they took me and had me sit on the dental chair. I sat there for about 30 minutes before the Dentist came to clean my teeth. I think he had my wife and at least one other person that he was taking care of. So this waiting was the only thing I didn't like. I understand that an additional Dentist will be coming in about a month. Since my wife went in before me, she got out about 15 minutes before me as well. Both dentist and assistant were very nice and personable. The Dentist did the teeth cleaning, explained everything clearly and was very quick and careful. The assistant did the teeth polishing and application of the fluoride and explained all the charges and the cost of my visit before I actually went to the from to pay. So I was generally very pleased with our dental visit at Familia Dental. We made it out of our visit within one and half hours from the time we went in.

Dr. Lee was very patient and professional. I really appreciated how he explained everything he was doing. He even took the time to show me my x-rays and explain how I can improve my preventative measures.

Dentist Dr Hsi was not compliant in what I wanted done. He had his own idea whether I liked it or not. I told him what the problem was which was I was biting my cheeks and lips due to chips in my teeth and he went on to give me a filling for a molar. Very unhappy I visited 3 times in which I explained the problem in detail.

This was the first time I used Familia Dental and I was very happy with my experience. I only had teeth cleaning done, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will use this dentistry again.

Every time I have a appointment at familia dental. I don't get nervous I feel great and I'm proud to leave the place with great dental work done. Let's get nervous they make me feel comfortable. Period from the staff in the front to the staff in the back everybody is very Great to me.

Very nice environment, everyone was friendly & professional, Dr C very nice, professional, good bedside manors and polite. Not my favorite thing to do, (Dentist ) pleasant, I still get Anxiety. Thank-you Lissy
