All of the Office Staff are kind & made getting my appointment an easy job! The Dentist & his Techs were great, The cleaning was mostly pain free!

Dental hygienist was nice, the dentist (young Indian woman) was rude to my 10 year old daughter. My daughter started crying because the dentist told her that she needed fillings and to do that they would have to numb her gums with numbing gel and of course a shot to numb it better. Then my four year old saw that his sister was crying after the dentist looked at her teeth so he didn't want the dentist to look at his so he started hiding behind a chair. The dentist told my daughter that she needed to be the one to tell him it was okay BECAUSE it was her RESPONSIBILITY since she scared him. Then the dentist told my daughter, "you need to grow up, sweetie stop crying." This is the first time my kids have seen this dentist and the first time for them to have this bad experience. They have gone to Familia Dental for years now every 6 months. We may need to switch to a different dentist at a whole new facility iff we have to see that dentist again. There was no need for the dentist to tell my daughter it was her responsibility to make it better for my son then there was no need for her to tell my daughter to grow up!

Absolutely awesome service, the receptionist was very helpful and kind, the dude who took my x rays was dope, and my dental hygienist was amazing. 10/10 will be back
