My mother has sadly waited for her teeth or an opportunity to go get them for a year. She broke her ribs and couldn't go get them now they can't reschedule her and say they are overbooked. Really upset with the customer service.

Front desk was great, my child and I are both apprehensive about the dentist office; however, it was very hospitable and Brittany and Taneice need nothing but praise for making the office more comforting for me and my child! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!

I came into familia dental trying to make an appointment and was greeted by Brittany she was very respectful and helpful. Her and taneice did what they could to try and find me an appointment and when they couldn't they directed me too another Familia Dental. Thank you girls i really appreciate all the help you guys gave me.

The doctor was wonderful with both of my girls. The hygienist was something different. On and off of her phone, texting, and hardly interacting with either of my daughters. We were the last appointments for the day and you could tell she was ready for her day to end. Both girls complained about her once they were done.

I walked in for my teeth cleaning they said 30 minutes I waited 1 hours and 30 minutes when my turn camed they said you need deep cleaning so we have to schedule after 2 weeks after your insurance approval they wasted my almost 2 hours so find better place for your teeth needs

Good luck reaching anyone in the Decatur office don't answer or get back to you in a timely manner been calling there voice set up and they try to reach the office but no answer all I need is a Dr note and provided them with email since I live an hour away and keep getting I'll send and urgent email been at it since 9 am and now 4:31

Dentist and staff are very good from getting appointment all the way to get into the cleaned facility along with active experience staff and dentist. Very well job done. Unfortunately they looked like in bad conditions now

This is the second time I've been cancelled with only a day's notice. They only have one dentist now that works on Saturdays only so they are booked out until June of 2023! Very bad communication. Will never go back.

These people were all super nice and made me feel right at home, the receptionist at the prettiest smile ever, the kind you could take home to meet your parents. I highly recommend. -T.VanMatre

I think once they get a little more help the wait time wouldn't be so bad because she go's from room to room but still she does a good job so I don't mind the wait and every one knows there job so that's a good thing

The Doctor and staff was so kind and thoughtful to my needs. And they were the only ones that were knowable of my insurance Wellcare Assist Medicare HMO they also take adults and kids which makes them great for the whole family. Now they are busy if you go in thinking you are number one and you are better than everyone else and you are one of those who can't wait then this is not the place for you I didn't have to wait long time I don't think because I took something to keep me busy but I do that every doctor's appointment no matter where I go No in case you are wandering I'm white. God bless you and keep you all the days of your life!

Horrible experience the only thing I liked was the front desk my appointment was at 11 at 1230 they finally called me back then told me it would be 30 min to a hour before the dentist could get to me so I left

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! I need a tooth pulled BIG time and they had me wait around all day for a walk in appointment and then tell me they didn't have time after I sat in the dentist chair for an hour. Not only that but they ordered a retainer for my child 2 years ago and I paid $1200 for it and never got the retainer.

Well Dr T is awesome the staff was very helpful and polite my cleaning thank you guys.just maybe tou can update the chairs in waiting area to plastic covers

The front desk receptionists did a great job of greeting me and making sure I could be seen the same day. Very helpful.
