I have visited the Big Spring office on several occasions and I have never had a negative experience here. Recently, I made an appointment to be seen due to pain and they fit me in right away on a Saturday! They made me another appointment two weeks later to finish the procedure and gave me a prescription for pain pills and antibiotics. The pain was excruciating so we called back the following Monday and they got me in on a cancellation for Tuesday morning. The staff here are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and courteous. As far as I am concerned I am happy to say I have found my place of dentistry here in Big Spring and will not go anywhere else. Thank you Familia Dental of Big Spring for all you do! Keep up the great work you do for our community!

Me and 3 other family members had bad experiences especially when it comes to sealance and fillings I don't know if she has too much on her hands or simple does not know what she is doing but it's very frustrating will be going somewhere else Also please remember ASD people exist it's hard to explain things especially locating pain and knowing the difference between pain and pressure etc

EXCEPTIONAL ALL AROUND: HANDICAP FRIENDLY: From the front desk to Krista who was perfectionistic in getting the xrays just right, to Dr. Singh and back to the front. The Dr. talked to me about her observations and recommendations and gave me the option to do what I can afford as i can. But the price was very reasonable and is doable.They take my insurance. I strongly recommend!!

Lisa at the front desk was amazing. And in the back, the tech was very reassuring and helpful, and was so kind while getting me ready for the dentist. The dentist was very gentle and kind, and very detailed in what i needed to know. It was a great experience. Thank you all very much.

Dr Singh, the dentist was very professional and extensively explained the treatment plans and options available to my child. The Dental Assistants Krista, Serenity and Michael were awesome.
