Asked them before hand on over the phone...do you have an onsite pediatric dentist? They said and accept your insurance...I told them please check b)c this would be the 4th dentist to say that then tell me no when I arrived with kid to the appt...we arrived and was checked in and give am exam dentist came in and said he isn't a pediatric dentist...don't take my insurance..gave me referrals to pediatric dentists and this who take the insurance...I called and no one them were pediatric dentist nor took my insurance...dental offices are all scammers...terrible experience

Someone called us to come back and then disappeared and didn't say anything left us waiting in the door while other people passed us. I then asked where they guy went that called us back, he appeared and said oh they didn't have your insurance but I asked the lady at check in if she needed it she replied no. Even if that was the case he should of let us know what was going on. Dentist was nice could of been more friendly his assistant was very nice asked us numerous times if we need anything or had any questions idk her name she had like dirty blonde hair or orange looking

Would not recommend! My kid has had tooth pain since June and we first went to Elgin location. Got x-rays, Dentist said go to Addison for Dentist to determine if teeth need to come out (pretty sure they do and spacer needs to be in place). Needs pediatric dentist. Waited an hour in dentist chair with two kids. Went to Addison. Same thing, hour wait in dentist chair and another set of x-rays "yes he does need them removed, make appointment with pediatric dentist here." Month out. Definite day to remove tooth. Appointment day and after being in pain two months and coming back again for antibiotic for swelling pediatric dentist takes x-rays and it's a CONSULTATION. Not once has someone understood he is in pain. Can't eat. And now we have had to keep seeing other dentists. Also disappointed they normally take 2-3 days to email x-rays. A normal dentist can get them within the hour. I had to escalate to management because third party phone people couldn't get office to pick up and instead of having them for my 1:30p appointment I got them at 6:30p. Also facilities were NOT clean.

Appointment was at 4:30 the doctor didn't come till 5:30. Seems like they are always running late on the appointment times. Waiting time is way too long.

Trying to get a hold of this place is a nightmare. LOOOOOOONG hold times on the phone, right when they open, followed by more holds as the person in the "call center" tried the local office in Addison (which I had actually called), then I'm told THEY can't reach the office. Don't know how they stay in business if they can't be bothered to answer the phone. All this to try to get a legible copy of a progress report for an insurance company since the first one issued (again, after long, long wait times) couldn't be read by insurance,.

First visit with the pediatric dentist and I really liked how she was able to handle the situation my toddler is very impatient but she helped as so did I and the procedure went great.

Addison Familia Dental is great! Dr. Hani was very friendly, professional and caring. The dental technicians are terrific - very careful when doing X-rays and polishing. Super nice people from check in to making my next appointment.
