Customer service is not part of their business model. Very rude receptionist. I made an inquiry because I moved to the area and they are part of my insurance network. She said to me, "50,000 patients so I can't know this." I understand if you do not know but just the clear inability to care about people and their inquiries is amazing and considering it was a routine procedure with a dentist that is part of a pretty standard insurance network.... Wow. Don't waste your time calling. Rude. As I said on the phone... "Thanks for nothing."

I usually keep these things to myself , but I believe others should hear my experience with Dr. Falvello before they decide to see him. I originally went to my local dentist because of extreme tooth pain. He told me that I have an infection in one of my wisdom teeth and will nered an oral surgeon to remove it. I was having trouble locating an oral surgeon that took my insurance and could see me quickly. After calling many surgeons and dental practices I came across this place. I explained to them I needed a surgeon to pull my infeted tooth, ect. And was given and appointment 7 days later. The day of my appointment I was in very rough shape, and ready to get this tooth taken care of. I was instantly brought back to the exam room and Dr. Falvello came in the room took a look and gave me 3 nova Caine injections and he was talking with my father. All was normal until 15 seconds after the injection the Dr. asked me if the pain was gone, I said not yet....And this is when things took a turn for the worse, Dr. Favellos demeanor took a complete 180. My response to his question sent him into an agressive rage and he shouted "don't be a smart ass to me" ! I was completely blown away by this , as was my father. I had in no way been disrespectful with the 2 words I had said to him or nor did I have a "tone"...I literally said 2 words "not yet". My father and I looked at each other and the doctor left the room, my father followed him out and said "I don't think my son was smart to you" the doctor replied "yea maybe I was out of line" !! About 10 minutes later Dr. Falvello came back in the room , sat next to me and shook my hand apologizing. I should of walked out after he called me a smart ass but between the tooth pain and novacain i wasnt thinking clearly. So the doctor left and came back 15 minutes later and began to pull on the tooth, he instructed me to tell him if it hurt at any time. Not even 15 seconds in I felt a sharp pain anD said yes....Dr. falvello's attitude did a complete 180 yet again as he put down his tools and said he could not pull the tooth. Alarmed , I asked him why and he replied "are you serious" ...at this point we were walking out of the room and I'd had enough. I told him "I have in no way been rude to you and this is just unprofessional" he turned around and aggressively stepped close to me, blocking the doorway and said "You had a smart ass tone when you answered my questions" . I was stunned, I didn't know how to respond, clearly he was looking for an altercation as he was still blocking the hallway. I kept quiet and paid the $50 bill (yup) and as I was walking out the doctor was waiting at the door to shake my hand like nothing happened!! Turns out he didn't take my insurance in the first place. Nor is he an oral surgeon, this is a regular dentist office. I guess that is partially my mistake but I did inform them when I made the appointment that I needed to see a surgeon. I also admit that I was a few minutes late for the appointment. I apologize for the length of this review but I was very upset by Dr. Falvello's behavior. He was agressive, strange and rude. If I had to guess I'd say his attitude was influenced by alcohol... safe to say that I won't be going back anytime soon!
