Dr. R. Naraval earned his doctoral degree at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1992. A senior associate, he has been with Fallston Dental Care since 1987 and believes in a conservative but comprehensive approach to dentistry.
Dr. F. Naraval earned his doctoral degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1991 and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. He has been with Fallston Dental Care since 2005.
Dr. Castro graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 1997, where he was a member of the Prosthodontic Honor Society, Prosthodontic Clerkship and Omicron Kappa Epsilon Honor Society. He has been with Fallston Dental Care since 2003.
Dr. Wang earned her dental degree from Northwestern University in 1997, and completed a hospital-based residency program at Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown, New Jersey. She has been with Fallston Dental Care since 2006.
Dr. Baer earned his dental degree from University of Texas Dental School. After graduation, he entered the US Air Force, and while serving there he earned his Master of Science degree in Prosthodontics at Ohio State University. He also completed a two-year residency in prosthodontics at Malcolm Grow USAF Medical Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics. He has been with Fallston Dental Care since 2015, specializing in Prosthodontics.

The best dentistry. Staff is friendly and make you feel at ease. Informative and well trained. Usually seen right on time with appointments.

It was my first time at an adult dentist, so I was naturally kind of scared, but they were absolutely lovely. They listened to my worries, told me everything they were doing, and they made me feel comfortable. Doctor Castro did some cosmetic work on my smile and in only 10 minutes I was more confident in my smile than I have been since about 3rd grade. Absolutely amazing staff. Only improvement I could say is that they didn't give me a token to a prize machine so I can get a bouncy ball I will lose in a day.

Fallston Dental is a great place with great people. I am a wheelchair user, so parking and access are really important. Equally important is access once in the building--barrier free and they schedule me in a larger room for easy maneuverability. Everyone is incredibly polite and responsive to questions. Also, the customer service and scheduling are amazing! They send appointment reminders and are VERY easy to contact! I see Dr. Castro--he's such a cool guy. We had an hour-long discussion about guitars and his love for music. He does great work and is extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Castro is also great with minimizing pain and offers affordable services! Rosie is amazing at processing insurance claims. On a few occasions, I was reimbursed several hundred dollars from my insurance--thanks to her! Lastly, the office is very clean and staff take great precaution in protecting your safety--especially during COVID. They have new equipment that filters the air during procedures. If you or your family are looking for a great dental practice, I highly recommend Fallston Dental and Dr. Castro! Joe Barrett

I've been going here for years I had my teeth cleaned today I didn't like the women who was doing it she seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. Made me upset. She didn't clean my teeth well at all was more interested in reading my past dental record when I was just there for a teeth cleaning. I love dr parker and Ms janis I will just request for ms janis next time was awful experience today. I've never had anyone who was rude like she was. I will be saying something to the high end person there but not sure who I should contact.

Anyone else having problems fillings falling out? I am, 2 different teeth within the 1st week. Have to wait over month to get back in. It's funny the couple I got done in the eighties are still in. Love the office staff just not the quality of the work anymore. My family and I been coming here for 10 years but things have changed in the last 3. I feel more like a number then a customer.

I can't say enough positive comments regarding this dentist office. I have severe dental problems caused from a facial trauma and they helped me get through what I thought was insurmountable. I haven't smiled in over 12 years, fallston dental is the reason I can smile again. The office staff is wonderful, Lori is fantastic. Dr Parker is warm and caring and Dr Castro has been amazing. The first time I walked into fallston dental, I was a mess, I was in tears and I was petrified. Now I look forward to walking into my dentist and I owe this to Dr Castro's understanding and patience. I can't repay them for allowing my mom to see me smile for the first time in a decade and they brought her to tears of happiness. Thank you for changing my life. Anyone who is having difficulty finding a dentist, I would highly recommended fallston.
