Dr Sandler and her staff are really great. I would highly recommend everyone who needs to get a tooth pulled to go to her.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Sandler last week and she is a phenomenal surgeon! Her whole staff was friendly and inviting throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly so that I understood the procedure and I was able to have my extractions done that same day! She sent me across the street to the pharmacy for my aftercare prescriptions and by the time I came back she was ready to pull teeth! Dr Sandler even gives you the options to put in headphones or choose the music she will play on the speakers during your procedure! Everything was a breeze; I just had my sutures removed today and I feel great! Very little pain (easily manageable with OTC ibuprofen or Tylenol. 10/10 I would definitely recommend her for your oral surgery needs, this was my first time scheduling my own procedure and everything was so smooth with Dr Sandler! Update: As mentioned above my procedure and experience with Dr Sandler's office was great. I did change my review to 4 stars because I have been going back and forth with the office for the past 5 months about my insurance claim. My procedure was split between my medical and dental insurance and somehow Dr Sandler's office has submitted the medical claim incorrectly 3 times. After calling the office several times we figured out that the claim was sent to the wrong insurance company and I was told it would be sent to the right company ASAP. A month later and my claim still had not been received and I keep receiving bills/statements from Dr Sandler's office regarding the outstanding balance. It has been extremely frustrating to say the least. If you do choose Dr Sandler make sure that they have your insurance info correct before leaving the office to avoid this hassle.

I have needed to see her on 3 occasions over last 13 years. She was just as gentle, professional and thorough with my then 12 yrs old son as she was with my 80 year old mom. The third occasion was me and I hope she never retires

Dr. Harlene D. Sandler, D.D.S., P.C. is a certified Diplomate of American Board of oral and Maxillofacial surgery. She did an extraction on my tooth #14 on 10/17/19. I can't even begin to tell you how excellent she and her staff are. Melissa is the receptionist; KC is a medical assistant/receptionist and Hem and Sally are Dr. Sandler dental assistances. Dr. Sandler was thorough with explaining everything before and after the procedure and I loved how she played music during the surgery. The music definitely helps to calm the nerves. I had very little pain which was great and I highly recommend Dr. Sandler!

bad bad bad doctor.......i am so disappointment to go there waste my money and time. reviews are not correct may be she paid for giving good reviews. she is not like what (4+) reviews say. Save your time and money and please don't go there.

Worst Doctor. Don't even go there. She is miser, mean and blaming her staff on her mistakes. She is exploiting them badly. Her services are bad and she always want to rob her patients. I dont even give her 1 star

Dr. Sandler was the best! Super friendly and careful with her patients. Genuine, sweet person who takes great care of her patients. Highly recommend!

I will not recommend this Dr. you think she is very nice very helpful guess what she is the worst doctor. I waited for 2 hours for consultation and she over charged me as well. I went back surgery and somebody call me to move my scheduled in 2 hours just because the dentist is behind. Is it my problem if she's behind. In my surgery I came there they didn't even started I waited for another 2 hours and got finished at 5. For my post op she saw and I waited for 1 hour it was supposed to be 5 mins check up. The time I was in pain she's not even in office she's out for 1 week good thing the on call dentist is very helpful that time. So I will never recommend this dentist at all. She's very nasty at her staff. She blames her staff for her mistakes. While I'm waiting she's always on her office and the her stuff always there to entertain me but i want to see the dr soonest as possible but she always make me wait. Every time I come to her office she's always have different staffs. Probably nobody's really like to stayed to her. But she is very bad with time. Over all her staffs are very polite and always smiling.

My procedure is been done long time ago but she still owes me thousands of dollar she never gives my refund from my insurance it's been a year. So I suggest you guys don't come to this doctor because 1 may of all she wasted my time she is never on time 2nd is her prices are extremely expensive for the things not necessarily. 3rd of all never gives my refund Back, I call her office about the refund never give it to me.

Dr. Sandler unequivocally has to be one of the best oral surgeons in the area. She had previously extracted two impacted wisdom teeth in 2010. I would in a heart beat go to her again for any oral surgery needs. There is a reason she was voted Washingtonian best oral surgeon last year.

Dr Sandler is excellent. I had an infected tooth that had to come out urgently. She re-arranged her schedule, got me in quickly, took care of everything very professionally, followed up with me compassionately, and has been a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her!

Dr Sandler is amazing! She is very understanding & patient when dealing with nervous dental patients such as myself. She always does excellent work, is an excellent communicator, and she is integrous. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
