As a dental professional, Dr. Fernandez stays up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for her patients. She recognizes that her patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in her and her team. This is why at Falls Town Dental, we value each and every patient relationship.
Dr. Fernandez graduated Cum Laude from Queens College in 2001 with a Bachelors of Arts in psychology. She then went on to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry. While there, she was part of both the special needs and oral facial pain honors programs. In addition, she was also selected to go to the Dominican Republic for an outreach program. After graduating NYU, she then completed a one year residency at Northshore University Hospital to further her proficiency in all areas of dentistry.
Dr. Fort grew up in Magnolia, Texas, a small town North of Houston. He attended Texas A&M University where he completed his bachelors degree in Chemistry. He completed his dental education at UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, graduating with honors. After dental school, Dr. Fort completed a 2-year post-doctorate residency program. During this time, he focused on advanced dental techniques including; IV sedation, implant dentistry, wisdom teeth removal, and full mouth reconstructions.
Dr. Fort and his wife, Kristen, recently relocated from the Houston area. He enjoys spending his free time with friends and family as well as spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing whenever he can.

Paige is a Wichita Falls native calling it home since kindergarten and graduating from both Rider and Midwestern State University. Paige is passionate about dental hygiene and helping people of all ages feel comfortable in the chair. She loves educating our patients on proper dental care and how it can affect the whole body.
Paige loves staying current on the advances in hygiene care and sharing those benefits with the patients she gets the honor to care for! Paige is excited to be part of the Falls Town Dental team and enjoys using her skills on the patients who give her their trust!
