If you don't work a 9-5 don't even waste your time. I work in a factory and they text me a reminder at 4:28 pm and said if I don't reply by 5 pm they were canceling my appointment. I work in a factory, I can't have my phone so I couldn't get to my phone until break time. By then they had already canceled my appointment. When I called the lady on the phone said they made multiple attempts. They text me once at the stated time above. She then tried to tell me they called me and I laughed, I had my phone log up and there was no call at all. She then stated that they could look at getting it rebooked, which obviously wasn't good enough because the failure was on their part. They do not respect patients lives apparently and the fact that some people don't have 24 hour phone access. Don't waste your time, find a dentist that's going to respect you and your work life. If I could give 0 stars I would

Sandra is kind, funny, and cared a lot about my needs and schedule. One of my front teeth had broken late on a Sunday night and I hadn't been to a dentist in quite a long time... I was able to call Monday morning, schedule a same day cleaning as a new patient, and come back on Tuesday for my tooth to be repaired. Although this was a purely cosmetic issue, Sandra made time in her schedule for me and made sure nothing would disrupt my schedule as well. Overall great experience, and I think my tooth even looks better than before

I had my first appointment scheduled with them last week, the night before my appointment, I got a cold and was hacking away like crazy. I called that night and left a message canceling my appointment instead of hacking in their faces while they were trying to work in my mouth. I never got a call back, but I didnt care, until now. I called today, now that my cold is gone and I'm all better, and they said that because I canceled my first appointment, they won't take me. I understand why they have that policy, but I stated in my voicemail that I got sick and had a terrible cough. I thought I was doing them a favor by canceling and NOT coming in sick and coughing but apparently it just screwed me over and they won't take me because I canceled. I'm sorry but that's not right. I dont agree with it. MAYBE if I was a total no show, fine. But it was a situation that was out of my control and I thought it better I NOT go in there and spread my cold. Doesnt always work out being nice. Next time I know to just go in to my dental appointment with a coughing and contageous cold apparently. I will find somewhere else to go for sure. I just dont agree with that. So if you go there, good luck, they seem to be nice, but just dont cancel your first appointment.

This is a very comfortable and pleasant dentist experience. Everyone is nice and really makes you feel welcome when you walk in the door. I have recommended my entire family to come here. They always remember me and call me by nickname which not many businesses do.

I've spent far more time at dentists in my short lifetime than I care to admit, fun or enjoyable was never a word I would've used prior to describe going to the dentist. That's all since changed. If you're looking for a dentist that does great work and gives you an experience that leaves you walking away satisfied then Falls Dental should be your choice. May seem a little overzealous a review for something as standard as a dentists office but if you've gone or once you do, you'll understand. As if it got any better, she's amazing with kids as well!
