It was very disappointing experience. When I didn't have dental insurance they would see me as soon as needed. When I got dental insurance. receptionist could not verify it so it took her almost an hour. At the end I was told that they could not see me because it was 1hour passed my appointment time . Really? They didn't even apologize! Shame on them !

I went there December 2018 - few things I don't like about this place 1. The assistant who helped me was sick, she was constantly coughing. A day later, i caught whatever the assistant had. They shouldn't let employees work if they are sick, especially in dental office. 2. I had to wait there a long time. While the dentist was doing dental work on my tooth, she was also doing dental work in others.. Never seen this before. I never went back there

This is by far the best dental practice in all of Miami! I have been coming here with my family for nearly a decade and I feel from the moment you walk in to checkout, everyone is welcoming and professional and it is always very clean! Before I discovered Dr. Yusman, I was always a little anxious with cleanings or any possible procedure I would need but Dr. Yusman puts anyone at ease with her kind demeanor and professionalism. She is the very best! Everyone at this office is superb! All the dental hygienist throughout the years have been nothing but gentle and considerate. I have never posted a review for a medical office but they are truly top notch and deserve 10 stars

I've gone to a few around Miami but never have had ever been so well treated than there. Great customer service, amazing skills and overall not pushy !! Won't do a procedure unless necessary, unlike most miami dentist. Amazing and highly recommended!!

This is by far the best dental practice in all of Miami! Long time patient and patron of this practice which has been around for over 20 years. They are an establishment for a reason: they have the best staff, location, and standards in the area. Dr. Yusman makes going to the dentist a painless and even enjoyable process. She always keeps me informed of anything I have questions about and I've never felt pressured to get extra work done. Look no further!

Fantastic staff! Been a patient of theirs for a very long time. They really show the extra care to make you feel at home. I was very intimidated after not being to the dentist in a long time, but Dr. Yusman gave me the confidence in receiving treatment that I had been anxious about for a long time. Very happy.

Very unhappy with the service I received recently. I had to have a crown re-done 3 times and the color is still not what I ordered. The Dentist uses unknown type office lighting and sun light but this does not give the true color. On the second attempt to get this color right I went to the lab, 40 miles away from the office my shade was chosen. They still ordered the original first shade which was gray and incorrect. I had no pain or visable problems with my teeth until my new crowns were installed. I attempted to call Dr. Yazman twice I have yet to receive a call! Believe or not the last time I visited in an attempt to speak with her I used their bathroom, the light displayed the horrible gray shade which is more visiable to all when I smile! Sad! To top it off the pain was horrible! I was in pain for weeks!
