DO NOT GO TO FALLS DENTAL ASSOCIATES!!!! I had the worst experience with Dr Tessman and Falls Dental Associates.... I have a crown on my front tooth that needed to be replaced. My first appointment was in May! It is still not fixed and it is now November! 7 Months??? I have been in there a total of 19 TIMES there are only 21 avg working days in month. I HAVE HAD TO TAKE A MONTH OFF OF WORK FOR A CROWN REPLACEMENT and it is still not fixed??? It has fallen out over 7 times, they ordered the wrong color TWICE, put it in crooked, I showed up for one appointment on time waited for 10 minutes only to have them tell me that the crown wasn't ready, and they simply forgot to call me! I have never had issues like this at any other dentist, my previous crown lasted 10 years without a problem, they offer no apologies and aren't willing to address that this is a problem. It's frustrating to not know if you're going to lose your tooth every time you eat. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS!!!!! I asked to speak to a managing partner to explain my situation, and how my tooth was still loose, The receptionist called me back not a partner, she explained how she had talked to both of them one was too busy to talk to me, and the other would call me on Monday...It's Thursday!!!! And I am leaving town on Monday. Which they are aware of. I now must find another dentist to fix this mess and pay out of pocket!

Office staff is very rude and unprofessional. They act as if you are a bother if you call to make an appointment. I've dealt with it long enough- today I've chosen to go elsewhere from now on!

Receptionist was short on the phone when I inquired if they accepted my insurance. "They do not accept anything through the state"

Front desk staff appear to be trained to be aggressive about billing and payment issues. No warm and fuzzy feels here.

This place is worst possible choice for Dental work. I've had nothing but problems from this office and the work they've done to my teeth. Everything they have done I have needed to fixed by a different dentist.

I was calling with the intent on becoming a new patient. Wanted to get a appointment for a cleaning and other things. The lady was very short with me. Borderline RUDE.. I told her I was going to give her my insurance info and had to retrieve it from my purse since I was at work at the time. About 20 seconds of me walking through the building to do so. She suggested I call back when I had my card ready. Just rude and unprofessional. I'll take my business elsewhere

1st time there. Dr Tessmann was wonderful I wish I could remember his assistant's name she was great too. So glad I choose Falls Dental.My husband really likes his dentist Dr.Boyer also.

I had a crown that was loose and painful. I called for a new patient appointment and they were able to get me in with Dr. Remshak within 2 hours. Dr. Remshak was very professional and compassionate about my issue athough there was nothing she could do. She referred me to an oral surgeon that was able to get me in that day and resolve my problem. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness. Will be seeing them from now on for all my dental needs.

Dr. Simonovich and his crew are absolutely stellar. If you want a true professional, who takes the time to ensure your comfortable, understand what's going on, dr. Simonovich is the guy you want. I've had 3 visits so far, 2-3 remaining to fix years of neglect. Very happy to have him as my dentist. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience! They were kind enough to donate a whitening gift certificate to a charity for a silent auction which I was excited to win! I just had the opportunity to work with Tammy and am so happy with the results. Super kind and how easy!!! I highly recommend!

Do not see Dr. Boyer. His chair-side manner is extremely lacking and he lacks compassion.

Didn't have an issue the first two times I went. Then things flipped. I understand that with Covid going on it's a stressor and harder to manage, but a little goes a long way. The first problem was when I broke my temporary crown and needed it fixed, I had an "emergency" appointment to have them reapply it and when I arrived a receptionist came out and said my appointment had been cancelled and they didn't even have a dentist in house. A phone call at least would have sufficed. When I rescheduled that appointment they finally did the crown and I was happy. Well now fast forward to today and I got a call that I had missed so I called back five minutes later. The receptionist, Carrie, answered very abruptly and I was thrown but I gave my name and asked why they had called. I got dead silence for a few seconds and then a "I don't know, there's a lot of phone calls being made here." I said, well, this is my name, could you look up what the phone call was about? To which she replied "i don't know that I can" very shortly. I asked if the computers were down. Again, dead silence. Finally she responded that it's probably about an appointment reminder and proceeded to give me my exact time of the appointment (which I thought she couldn't find out). I said okay thank you, and again confirmed the time. She said yes and I said thank you and was about to ask her a question but she didn't even bother to wait to see what else I had to say before hanging up. I called back and said it was very unprofessional and that I was not done speaking and so I didn't want the appointment if that's how they run the business and her response was "but you said thank you" and I said that wasn't an end and so she said "so tomorrow at 9:30?" And I repeated, no, cancel it (like I previously stated). So not only was the customer service terrible, she was extremely rude and feigned ignorance as to knowing anything, but she also didn't even bother listening to anything I had to say. I like the dentist but maybe the receptionists need a lesson on being a bit more friendly and patient. If not, find a new one. I'm very upset and they definitely lost me as a customer. The two stars is only for the dentists and their work, i would give a one star (if that) for management of the office.
