I brought someone with extreme dental anxiety who needed teeth pulled. They were amazing, just so kind and made sure he was as comfortable as possible.

They no longer accept walk-ins and it doesn't State anywhere that they don't accept walk-ins anymore.. was given a phone number to call them, by the receptionist, and then she made a personal call and then stayed on the phone for 20 minutes while I was on hold trying to call to schedule an appointment.. she couldn't even tell me that they don't have anything available until 2:45 in the afternoon just by looking at her list until I called.. extremely unprofessional staff.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THE COMMUNITY HEALTH DENTAL. THESE PEOPLE NEARLY KILLED ME. DIRECTOR STEPHANIE SCHMIDT IS MENTALLY INSANE. SHE FRACTURED MY JAW, EXTRACTED A TOOTH SHE WAS UNQUALIFIED TO EXTRACT AND I FELT EVERY BOT OF THE EXCRUCIATING PAIN. I ENDED UP WITH A SEVERE INFECTION AND CLOGGED ARTERY IN MY CHEST REQUIRING OPEN HEART SURGERY. I SURVIVED THE SEVERE MALPRACTICE BUT LIVE LIFE WITH PERMANENT FACIAL PARALYSIS AND FEEL LIKE I DIED THAT DAY BC I AM PERMANENTLY DEBILITATED . MY MAXOFACIAL SURGEON TOLD ME SHE HAD DONE THIS KIND OF DAMAGE TO SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE. NO MATTER HOW MUCH PAIN YOU MIGHT BE IN AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS BEFORE YOU END UP LIKE ME...STEPHANIE SCHMIDT IS CRIMINALLY INSANE.

Dont even deserve a star honestly! Just calling this place they are rude. Then upon appointments long wait then rushed through if they dont mess up paperwork or insurance to only tell you after you waited for 2 or more hours. They obviously have been doing this too long and are extremely unhappy about cancellations and late arrivals. If you dont pay right away then it goes immediately to your credit report damaging that Next. GO SOME PLACE ELSE AND BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING INSTEAD OF A PROBLEM.

Had a bad infection and tooth that needed extraction. Staff was super nice and VERY good at their jobs. Best place to go for dental emergencies. However, take into account that it is first come first serve and you have to have something pretty serious or you will have to wait. Wish Faith (dental assistant) and Dr. Dale had their own office cuz I'd be a client for life. Excellent job!

Went there twice ... First visit went as a dentist visit should ... Second visit was trash.... Waited three hours for them to tell me they wouldnt do anything other than an extraction, unless i had full payment for whatever was needed of course...which woulda been fine if they hadnt already told me over the phone that that wasnt necessary.... At this point i asked if they would look and work on a differant tooth causing me pain since i was there already and had waited.... Was told no that it wasnt fair to others that needed help.... Really.?!?!?!? SHE clearly forgot about the patient right in front of her..... Just sad...

This is a very needed service for people who are without insurance. You have to be flexible with the schedule. It is important to get there early. It is in high demand so be prepared to maybe have to go back to get in since they are only able to do so many people a day. It might be a good idea to call the day before and make sure that there are no changes to to the schedule before you try to be seen. The services are good, the dentists are very thorough and professional. Overall it is a great service just be prepared to have to wait since this is the only service of its kind in this area.

I haven't been in this clinic but just making the phone call the lady was VERY RUDE! And pretty much told me I need to be seen as a patient first before I can use there emergency services cause I'm in very bad pain! And there first available apt isnt until the end of September rude.

Got to this place at 8am when it said it opens. Waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes and finally someone brings me to the back just to tell me her room got taken by someone esle. Then told me she would come get me in a minute. 1 hour later still no help. I can sit at home in pain, worst dentist office I've ever been to.

This is a very needed service for people who are without insurance. You have to be flexible with the schedule. It is important to get there early. Worse dental office i have ever stepped foot into horrid service ,unfriendly, lethargic, I've been waiting for 2 hrs and as i write this i am still currently waiting....
