Cross Trails Medical Center (CTMC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Community Health Center (CHC). The first clinic established by CTMC was located in Marble Hill, Missouri (MO) and opened its doors in October 1995. In 1997, a site was established in Cape Girardeau, MO, in 1999 a third clinic was opened in Advance, MO, and in 2014 a fourth clinic was opened in Perryville, MO. CTMC currently serves patients in Cape Girardeau, Bollinger, Stoddard, Perry and surrounding counties in Southeast MO.

CTMC continues to add new services and new providers to ensure its patients increase their quality and years of healthy life. Overall, Cross Trails Medical Center has been and continues to be a driving force in the health care of the communities in which it serves.

Mission Statement: The mission of Cross Trails Medical Center, a Community Health Center, is to provide affordable, accessible, quality health care to all within the designated service area. These services will be provided without regard to age, race, creed, disability, or economic status. These services consist of usual and customary services as defined by the term primary care. Every effort will be made to refer patients with health care issues outside the primary care focus to qualified providers.

Extremely rude staff. Poor customer/patient care. My son had an appointment scheduled for 4pm, and we live a hour and a half away, so both my son and daughter had to leave school early. We left early enough to make it there with plenty of time to spare. There was an accident on I55 and traffic was backed up for 10 miles. I called to let them know I might be late. The lady I spoke with told me that if he isn't here by his apportionment time, they cannot see him and will need to reschedule his appt. I told her the detour we were getting to take, would end up being an extra 20 mins on top of the 30 I already sat waiting. She said he can be seen up to 10 mins past his appt time. I called again to let them know the gps shows I'll be about 20 mins late, and 15 if I speed. The lady I spoke with that time said I will need to reschedule or cancel. So I asked to speak with a manager or someone above her and she told me there wasn't one. She said I could wait for the provider, whom she just told her side of the story to and infromed me of it. I waited on hold for 15 mins and she finally got back on and said I can leave a voicemail if I wish. I asked if they can just see him even if they had to go over closing time, and she said no. She said 15 mins is the latest we can be, which earlier they told me 10. So I had to turn around, and now he is rescheduled for 6 months down the road! On top of both of my kids leaving school early and messing up perfect attendance for no reason, I asked for a school excuse and she said no, bc he technically wasn't seen! Great job at putting patients first and caring about what they go through to deal with snobby staff.
