I am so excited to be in Fallbrook and have fallen in love with this community! I grew up in Carpinteria, California (The other avocado capital of the world!) where I played football and volleyball, and loved spending time at the beach. After high school I served a two-year service mission in Venezuela and Chile where I learned Spanish fluently, but more importantly, I learned I wanted to pursue a life of serving others.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Hunter University in New York City where I obtained a degree in Chemistry and Spanish interpretation/translation and graduated with Cum Laude honors. I attended the College of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University, Arizona, where I received my DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree. In dental school, I was chairman of the Academy of LDS dentists and organized a group of 20 dental students to participate in a two-week dental service mission to the island of Tonga, where more than 400 locals received free dental care.
I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have three girls, ages 7, 5, and 1. We also have a Golden Retriever named Redford and two cats, Pancake and Lobstah. When Im not in the dental office I enjoy road biking, swimming and finding the best place to eat tacos.
This is an amazing time in dentistry where advances in technology and research are helping us produce excellent results for our patients in a timely manner. I love all aspects of dentistry, including endodontics (root canals), oral surgery (extractions, bone grafts), cosmetics (veneers), and of course restorative dentistry (fillings and crowns).
I am a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, I attend continuing education courses with SD CEREC docs, and Spear education seminars. There is nothing I love more than finding new and innovative ways of doing dentistry that makes it more cost effective and comfortable for our patients.

Don't let them tell you're they're "in network" with tricare/ united concordia. They lied to us about being covered, gave us an "estimate" of $170ish. Called back later saying we now owe them $570ish more. The supervisors told us that no one said they're in network. No ethics here, or maybe just a sadly confused worker. On another note, Wendy (front desk?) was super helpful and nice getting us all the paperwork needed to resolve it by paying anyway they need more employees like her and I may have come back

Me and my family have been going to this dentist over 20 years. My last couple of visits were very disappointing. I was scheduled to have one crown and the dentist recommended doing 2. I agreed. He did the first crown and seemed rushed when he chose to do the 2nd one. He finished one and put a temporary on the other. He said he would call to schedule putting the permanent crown on the 2nd one. I was in a bit of pain. The days following I was in pain and my bite was off. He never called to see how I was doing, which he said he would do. No one called for my permanent crown to be put on. I reached out to Dr. Colby. He got me in and put on the 2nd crown. I told him my bite felt off. He adjusted both crowns. The new one was not biting correctly, so he filed an old crown on the bottom exposing the metal. I said my bite felt off. He told me to take Advil for 3 days and I would be fine. This was not the case, I had to have a root canal and I am still dealing with a misaligned bite that is causing more problems.

I down graded this dental office from 5 stars because the dentists who took over from Dr. Stewart are not very caring and don't seem to be in touch with all their patients! In fact, I am probably going to find another dentist. The last 2 times I had my teeth cleaned I never saw either dentist.

After a bad fall and landing on my face, I found myself at the dentist's to discover I'd fractured my crown and tooth above the gum line. Dr Sebreros is amazing. He worked several hours to save my tooth and design a new crown. I saw Dr Sebreros last month for a crown and each visit I was impressed with his care, concern and his meticulous work. In addition he missed his lunch both visits! Truly hard working, professional and exceptional work.

I love Fallbrook Village Dental. Every single person is a joy. I recently had some dental work done by Dr. Barrington and it was a piece of cake! He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and personally called to follow up the next day to see how I was doing. Talk about service! Lacey makes every cleaning fun. Yes...I said fun! Summary... Going to the dentist is a breeze with this team at Fallbrook Village Dental! Thanks gang!!!

Yesterday, I had my first appointment at Fallbrook Village Dental. Choosing a new dentist after your current dentist moves out of town can be a challenge and produce some anxiety. I asked for referrals from friends and Friends of Fallbrook and was referred to Fallbrook Village Dental. Upon entering the office, I met Sharon who was warm and friendly. I met with Dr. Thomas for my exam and he was professional and friendly as well. Lacey cleaned my teeth and honestly I felt this was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. Yay for Sonic care toothbrushes...they really work! Thank you to the whole team.... I know it take a village to make it all work. I am happy to be a client of Fallbrook Village Dental.

I was one of those people who had put off going to the dentist for years, however, when I heard their ad on the radio I decided to make an appointment. I really wanted dental implants because I knew my teeth were a mess. Dr. Colby and his ENTIRE staff were so welcoming and kind, I knew I had come to the right place! They were patient with me through cleanings, x-rays and consultations and really alleviated any fear I had. Karla was amazing with scheduling and patience! Today, almost a year from when this journey began, I left with the most beautiful teeth I ever could have imagined!! Thank you, Dr. Colby, for all that you did to give me the confidence to smile again! I am eternally grateful!!

Fallbrook Village Dental was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad! Everyone that I encountered, either on the phone or in person, was impressive, efficient and caring. I needed to have an old crown replaced and was expecting the usual (awful) impression material, the temporary crown, the two week wait but Dr. Colby replaced my crown, start to finish, in 50 minutes! I was amazed and quite pleased with the results! Thank you everyone at Fallbrook Village Dental!

This place was AWESOME!!!! I haven't visited a dentist in YEARS. It was my first time in a really long time and they were AMAZING. Front office, dental techs and the dentist! From beginning to end. I'll never go anywhere else. So glad I found this office. Clean, fun and super comforting.
