My husband and I moved to Indianapolis four years ago and have been coming to Fall Creek since we arrived. The entire office is very professional, and even during Covid, we felt comfortable coming in for teeth cleanings, knowing all sanitary precautions would be followed. I have signed up for Fall Creek's "private dental plan" and am very happy with the value of services received under the plan.

I always feel so welcome when I return to Fall Creek Family Dental! My dental hygienist is easy to talk to, calls me by name and during my cleaning asks knowledgeable questions about my family and family events. Dr. Foss is an excellent dentist! It is always a pleasant experience from start to finish!

For Vicki - Maggie was amazing/great as usual For Ken - Tracy was exactly the same See ya at the end of the month Went back to get my 66 year old baby tooth pulled today / great job!!! Going to looking for the tooth fairy later

I love Fall Creek Family Dental. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They are always on time and my hygienist, Tracy, is gentle and excellent. Both she and Dr. Foss ask pertinent questions about my health and answer all of my questions thoroughly. If I have any pain, they can see me right away. I share mutual respect with all of the staff.

Our family has gone to Fall Creek Family Dental for many years since my kids first dentist appointment thru college. The hygenists, dental assistants, office staff, and Dr. Foss are the best. They are friendly, professional, and show that they care about our family. I highly recommend this dental office!

Unfortunately, I have to rescind my former review speaking so highly of this office due to their poor communications and billing practices. 1. They are no longer "in-network" due to their decision to update their billing schedule. 2. They failed to notify me prior to providing services of their changes so as to allow me the option to choose a different dentist office that is in-network and avoid the additional fees of going to an out of network dentist. 3. They mailed me a bill for the remaining balance due to them being out of network and charged me an additional $5 to send me the bill. 4. When I asked them to eat the difference due to their failure to communicate and give me the option to receive services elsewhere, they flat out refused. Unfortunately, we will not go back to see Dr. Foss and their office as a result. They were good up until this experience and oversight on their part. I hope this doesn't happen to you. Make sure they are in-network before you go if that is of interest to you.

I had a very pleasant experience. My hygienist was very thorough and nice. Dr. Foss was as well. I highly recommend this office.

Years ago I went to a dentist in Carmel with a cracked filling. He said he could not repair the filling and I needed an inlay onlay. I sought a second opinion with Dr Foss and she didn't even hesitate to repair ON THE SPOT. 2 years later it's still perfect. As long as we live in the area and our insurance allows, my family will see her. Everyone in the office is fabulous, especially Beth!
