My tooth broke in half and they made time in their busy schedule to put in a temporary filling until they were able to get me in to cap the tooth. The dental assistant did a wonderful job with the temporary filling. I am grateful for her and Dr. Greenaway.

My wife was distraught after her visit. This was the first visit since we recently moved to the area. She scheduled a routine cleaning and declined X-rays. Sharon started to work on one tooth (gum depth measurement) and then immediately said my wife had periodontitis and that she needed 2-3 hours of deep cleaning. Sharon took a picture and showed it to her as proof. Of course it was just the normal buildup every adult has. We previously had an honest dentist and knew there were no issues. She refused all logic and reasoning and in the end admitted that if my wife just wants to get a cleaning she should go somewhere else. Caveat emptor to all would be clients. If you want unnecessary dental work to pay for the dentist's horse and boat hobbies then you should be fine here. If not then be forewarned. ***--------------------*** Response to Fall Creek Dentistry***------------*** These are the symptoms of periodontitis: Bad breath or bad taste that won't go away. Red or swollen gums. Tender or bleeding gums. Painful chewing. Loose teeth. Sensitive teeth. Gums that have pulled away from your teeth. ---------------- It is not rocket science for the patient to know they have an issue. You should take your negative reviews much more seriously and change your behavior as people are trying to tell you what you are doing wrong. All the people that took time to complain about your practice essentially had the same complaint, including me.

I just started with Fall Creek Dentistry. I hate to go to the dentist and always avoided it irresponsibly. I knew I needed to start being more smart with my dental care, so I chose Fall Creek because of great recommendations. I have never been to a more kind, gentle and non-shaming place. Each staff member I have worked with has been friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I would unhesitatingly recommend Fall Creek Dentistry. They have great ties to the community and do a lot of volunteering along with being great at their profession.

My experience with Fall Creek Dental has been excellent. The staff are all very friendly as well as efficient and knowledgeable at their jobs. They were helpful and considerate of my time and explained thoroughly what needed to be done as well as cost up front. I highly recommend them for all dental needs.
