Dr. McFadden graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1998. She owned her own practice in west Texas for five years before moving it to Granbury, Texas. She has been providing outstanding dental care for nearly 20 years. In her spare time, Dr. McFadden enjoys reading, watching movies, cooking and spending time with her family, especially her beautiful granddaughter.

Went to Fall Creek to fix my son's teeth when he had an accident. The dentist printed out a plan, and explained they checked our insurance, and that "this is the worst case scenario. I like to quote worst case so there are no surprises." I trusted her. Especially since she said they checked with my insurance. Now a couple of months later we apparently owe another $1200 or so because "they don't cover it. It's medical, not dental." Now this is new to me. Apparently, a procedure is considered "medical" if it happened after a traumatic injury. I did not know this. Now I do. My issue is that the dentist 1- KNEW the circumstances of the traumatic injury, 2- told me they verified the procedure with insurance, 3- repeatedly told me it was the worst case scenario, and in the end that is the most I would owe, 4- KNEW they did not bill medical in her office. Plain and simple I was just told after the fact "we don't do that in this office." Could have this been avoided? YES. THE OFFICE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THEY DON'T BILL MEDICAL. PERIOD. I could have taken the opportunity to shop around for a different office, or do what was necessary that day, which in reality was 1 root canal. And the girl on the phone makes it seem like it's just normal business and they bear no responsibility and I'm out of line. It's hard enough with 3 kids living on one income every day. To make decisions based on trusting someone and then have them act so flippant with you afterward is so frustrating. I will never go back and now they lost 5 regulars that we planned on moving over to them for possibly a lifetime.

Dr McFadden and her staff are truly kind, honest, and sincere. I have had all my dental work here, and never had an issue. If you are looking for a dentist, please try Fall Creek. I promise you won't regret it! Also want to say Dr McFadden recommended the Burst toothbrush to me. That thing is a life saver! Check it out if you go into the office, it's very powerful and stylish.

I have been a patient at Fall Creek Dental for years now. Dr. McFadden and her staff are wonderful. They work extremely well together and keep the patient informed of all actions being taken at the time they are working on you. I HIGHLY recommend this dental facility for all. It is exceptional!!

I got a couple fillings in my back teeth a couple of years ago and have problems since I got them. The lady asked me to bite down after and see if everything felt even. I told her no that on one side it felt like one side of my back molars was longer than the other half. She "fixed" it but only made it worse. My fillings were very sloppy and I have had some fillings fall out resulting in broken and hurt teeth. I don't have insurance anymore and the pain and physical appearance of my continuing breaking teeth is just terrible. This place was nice but now I'm stuck with damage I can't fix at the moment because of their sloppy work. Truly sad. Wish I could put seek stars. I used to tell everyone about this dentist now I won't and will tell them my bad experience.

I just want to share out experience with fall creek dental. We have been to dentist before and the environment are not always so well and the manners of how they are with my children. I want my children to feel comfortable and at ease with the dentist and to like to go to the dentist and we'll we didn't have that. So we ended finding other places and so thankful God sent me the right direction and I meet Katrina McFadden. She always was so nice to me before I took my children there and I learned what her occupation was and it was like meant to be so my husband and I made the decision to go to her and with my son who was so scared of a dentist period went to get teeth looked at and he absolutely LOVED her and felt at ease and said momma she is so nice and doesn't hurt me. He told his brothers to she is so nice brothers she is so sweet. U will like her . Well they went for their cleaning and they love that place. I am so happy we choose this place she explains what she will be doing and and is so careful with the little ones and I know she is with adults as well. Her office is so clean and we'll up.
