Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Like a lot of the other reviews...they are super friendly until you don't take their advice on an $800 cleaning or the extra $35 oral screening or the extra $44 for the fluoride. The extra fees here are endless and paired with Dr Spooners terrible attitude; no thank you, my family and I will find a new office

The staff is so kind, lovely, and helpful. DDS Pandes is great. She has restored my faith in dentists. I used to dread and not trust them.

They are professional, friendly, and very helpful. It is very rare to find an entire office of people who are upbeat and happy. What a great experience it was to meet this group. Thanks for everything.

I've been going to Falcon Park for 8 years now. I'm always greeted with a smile and they always remember who I am. Dr Spooner has been very on top of my care and even responds to questions when she's not in the office. The staff is very good at stepping in and helping each other out and communicating with one another. You don't always see that these days but Dr Spooner clearly makes that a priority in the practice. I have referred many friends to this office and I feel very ease when I know they are caring for me

Have charged my insurance multiple times for x-rays as orthodontic work when it wasn't and gave the excuse that most insurance companies don't pay. Said they submitted it but don't plan on getting paid yet they don't send the money back to insurance. Wouldn't have even known unless my son got braces and the true Orthodontist got denied for a portion because Falcon Park submitted these. Been dealing with this since November and still not resolved 7 months later. Unethical business practices. Beware.

The dental assistant Wendy did a great job in putting the crown back together. She was patient and through with the work to make sure every thing fits the best. Dr and the team were kind enough to accommodate the last minute change in the appoint along with the follow-up phone call.

Very happy to be a patient of this dental office. Bit of a nervous nelly when it comes to going to the dentist & I'm very comfortable with them here! I hadn't been to dentist in way to long & thought I'd end up needing a ton of work, fortunately I didn't & they were great about it!!

I have been here before and pretty sure I left a review then that has since been removed. This is the worst practice you can go to. I'm still traumatized by the transactions that took place here. All they want is your money and if you don't have it they will push you into a horrible credit card. The xray tech they had when I went had no bedside manners and I ended snapping at her for her ridiculous comments and told her to stop talking while Dr.Spooner apologize. My father and I have both since changed denist due to the practices here.

Always selling you something... I have been to this dentist 3-4 times. Each time, they have opaquely sold me additional services that aren't covered by my insurance. They frequently do this as you enter before any healthcare provider examines you to see if you need the service. For example, on my most recent visit, they tried to charge me for two additional services at checking; 1) A oral examination for cancer screening which is recommended once per year unless you have other history (which I don't) and I had already done with this dentist 8 months ago. 2) A procedure for deeper than standard cleaning, even though they hadn't examined me to determine if I needed the extra cleaning yet. They attempted to charge me at the door without explaining any of this, and back peddled when I questioned what they were charging me for. My concern here is, most patients probably don't strongly question the extra's, including myself at earlier visits. I had the same experience in previous visits. Had I not been pushy, they would have gone along continuing to charge me for extra's and not explaining if and why I needed them. As a healthcare provider, we put a certain level of trust that what they are recommending is in our best interests and necessary, not just additional services so they can make more money

Stay clear of this dental office. Ended up with 3 extractions, bridge, and 2 root canals. Root canals was a result of keeping my temporary bridge on for too long. Feel like a petri dish, performing unnecessary procedures to train staff. After $8,500 in charges, they insist that I pay $100 for a no show appointment. Asked them to text reminders to no avail. No empathy, money seems to be the only motive. HORRIBLE experience. Always get a second opinion before you let them do thousands and thousands of dollars of work and ruin your teeth.

This was my first visit to this practice and must say it was the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had. Dr Stroup was very thorough and attentive. She had the gentlest touch. All of the staff were exceptional, warm and welcoming. The office environment was beautifully done. This entire staff works like a well oiled machine! I'm thrilled to have found them and anticipate being a patient there for a very long time!
