Dr. Gaworski supports disadvantaged and foster children in El Paso County by donating services and participating in the Colorado Smile Foundation. He also is a supporter of Susan G. Komen, Suicide Prevention Partners, and other local non-profit organizations. Dr. Gaworski feels that giving back to the local Colorado Springs Community is a great way to make the world a better place.
Annicsha is from California and moved to Colorado in 1991. Her time with Dr. G started in 1999 and she has been working on and off with him ever since. Annicsha is our 'social butterfly' of the office and makes a new friend every week! As the office manager, Annicsha works every day to take care of the Gaworski team and our amazing patients. She says the best part of her job is meeting new people.
When not at work Annicsha spends time with her family, watching her favorite movies and TV shows. She also loves good music and good food (in all its forms). Annicsha has a warm, sweet personality and is certainly the bright light anywhere she goes.
Nicole joined our team in 2018 as our Treatment Coordinate. She is originally from Northern California where she was born and raised. She moved to Colorado Springs with her two children in 2009 and has never looked back.
Nicoles love for healthy smiles started in 1998 where she attended registered dental assisting school in Sacramento, Ca. Later she completed extended functions dental assisting at University of San Francisco School of Dentistry. Over the years Nicole has worked in all aspects of dentistry giving her a broad range of dental experience.
On her time away from the office you will find Nicole either walking her French bulldog, shopping for antiques, working out, or spending time with her husband and children enjoying Colorados beautiful scenery. Nicole is amazing with our new patients and a true asset to the team!
Ashley has been in the dental field as an orthodontic assistant since August of 2010 and joined Dr. Gaworskis team in May of 2017. Ashley truly enjoys being an assistant and loves Dr. Gs passion for improving our patients quality of life. Ashleys work ethic is one to be admired!
Ashley was born and raised in Colorado and is proud to call this state her forever home. In her free time Ashley enjoys reading and playing video games. She also never misses an opportunity to learn something new. During her down time, Ashley can be found going on escapades with her husband and their dog, Tucker. Ashley uses this adventurous spirit to appreciate the beautiful Rocky Mountain scenery.
Jessica has been working in the orthodontic field since August of 2014 and we are happy she joined us in August of 2018. Jessicas skills as an orthodontic assistant have been brought to light and only continue to improve as a member of team Gaworski! Jessicas favorite part of her job is watching our patients smiles transform, along with their self-confidence.
Jessica moved to Colorado Springs from Oregon in 2011 and loves her daily mountain view. Some of her favorite things include spending time with her family or curled up on the couch watching a good show. Jessica has a true passion for helping others feel their best and we are lucky to have her.
Mary grew up in Buffalo, NY but moved to Colorado ten years ago. She has been in the dental field for seven years between general dentistry and orthodontics. She joined Dr. Gaworskis team in June of 2021 and has been a fabulous addition.

Most friendly staff of any place I've been to. Been going here for years and all three of my kids have done their orthodontia with Dr G. Staff is very experienced and professional. Super friendly place, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. G is Orthodontist Extraordinaire. He has the most reliable, efficient, happy, healthy, loving, strong staff. Like WHOA! I feel truly blessed and lucky to have gotten braces one week ago today at this Orthodontist. He is the best! I know this. I've been seeing his work in my neighborhood for 6 years, It's my turn! I am so excited, just imagining me with straight teeth makes me so full of joy, not to mention, I'm also excited to have a really healthy, clean mouth. Yay! I highly recommend Falcon Family Orthodontist Dr. Gaworski. Whoooo-hoooooo!

My daughter was born with cleft lip so her dental work has been brutal over the years. Dr G was amazing during this whole process. He didn't rush the process and answered all our questions. He even made an attempt to ask my daughter if she had any questions or concerns instead of asking me directly. We will have to go back for round two but I have no doubts that we will be treated the same way when that time comes.

While visiting family in the Springs on Friday, Jan. 10th, out daughter needed additional wax as she woken up that morning with a wire irritating the inside of her chee . We happened to be eating across the street from this office and stopped in to inquire about purchasing wax. The office was closed however one of the professionals welcomed my daughter and husband inside and not only provided wax at no charge, took the time to clip the wire! They would not accept payment, rather simply stated they would hope our Ortho / other offices would help a patient of their practice in need. We live in S. Texas, however if we lived near this practice would absolutely be pleased to be their customer. Thanks once Falcom Family Orthodontics!

Dr G did my braces 15 years ago and now both of my kids are patients. I trust his recommendations when it comes to my children's orthodontic needs. The office is very clean and welcoming. All of the staff is friendly, they take time to answers all of your questions, they impressively seem to know all of their patients on a first name basis and make sure they are comfortable during treatment.

They've done a decent job with my daughters care and the staff are fine. My problem is that they are only open once every couple of weeks so if you have something break or you need to reschedule for any reason, you get pushed off for a month or more. They have another office, but you can't go there. I'd recommend them if their schedule was more accommodating.
