I haven't been to the dentist in years and was very nervous about my first appointment today, but everybody was so nice and gentle! Would highly recommend and am going back in June for treatment.

This place is amazing. The staff is wonderful, the doctors are great, and Denise is the best hygienist I have ever seen. I am that guy who loathes going to the dentist and everyone here makes everything so wonderful I kinda enjoy it now. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new place to go.

I can say I used to honestly love this place however it has really went down hill. It went from my favorite place to (as soon as telling them that we were moving across the country all of my family's mouths are messed up/ in pain) and seemed like no care is even given. very disappointed. Wish I had the time to write a very detailed review about my disappointment however I simply don't. I have always had dental anxiety ... if that's u don't choose here I thought I overcame that TIL NOW . They don't have "the equipment to use nitrous " to ease any of the pain or anxiety. nothing . Regardless... quality service and comfort is #1 for me ... and have not seen that from here in a while unfortunately.

This private practice facility does it right! As a small customer focused small business owner, I notice the value additions in any brick and mortar facility. Falcon Dental Care checks all the boxes to make patients feel welcome, and comfortable. With personable and knowledgeable techs, I felt as such during my cleaning and exam. Denise was awesome! See you all in 6 weeks, and twice a year going forward!

Unfortunately, I did not have as good of an experience as most people here. I am very scared of dentist due to a horrible experience I went through and put off going for awhile. I decided to call them because so many people recommended them and said they were great with people who have fear of dentist. I called the receptionist and the first thing I told her was how afraid I was and she also said they were great at helping people feel comfortable. So when I went in, the dental assistant was really nice so that helped at first. Then I asked if she knew I was afraid of being there and she said no. The receptionist had never told her or the doctor, which I would have hoped she would have at least informed them beforehand. After that the dental assistant was even more amazing. The only reason they have 2 stars is because of her. When the doctor came in it was a different story. He seemed pretty cold and uncaring and also didn't seem to know or care about how badly scared I was. I also felt he was pretty rude talking to me about the work that needed done in my mouth. I needed to have one tooth pulled which I asked for an oral surgeon so I could be put to sleep which they recommended me to. And then I have a cavity filling and it was terrible. He was very aggressive with the shots and it was extremely painful. Pretty much the whole tooth repair experience was awful. And since I couldn't have my other toothed pulled right away they put me one an antibiotic and told me to call in 24 hours if the pain didnt go away.. the next day I was still in terrible pain and called them again and they said there was nothing they could do and just to get in with the oral surgeon soon. The soonest I could get in was almost a week later. So 3 days later I was still in horrible pain and called again but since it was the weekend there was no answer or emergency number so I left a number and message asking if they could please do something, and was hoping I would at least get a call back. I ended up going somewhere else for a better antibiotic and help with the pain. They never even called back after the weekend to check on me or see if they could help. That is really what bothered me if they care about their patients they should try to help them or at least call and check after receiving a message of someone literally crying in pain. Then when I went to the oral surgeon he said the doctor should have discussed with me what I needed to do after having my tooth pulled since I have no teeth in the back bottom left and one missing on the bottom right.. he said I should have been asked about getting a partial or if at some point I would try implant because he needed to know if they were grafting the area.. He also told me the tooth the doctor fixed probably would need a root canal done and not to be pulled if the filling didn't work like the dentist at falcon said would have to happen. So then I had to decide right there if I wanted my teeth grafted which was way more then expected or just pulled and had no time to really decide since I needed to have the toothed pulled right away. Overall I would not recommend them and it was terrible experience except for the amazing dental assistant.

To start, I'm not one to usually leave feedback of any kind, however, when someone does something extra special, it deserves attention. My family and I have been using this dental care office for over six years, and ever since they moved into their new facility, there has been a noticeable change in attitude and quality from each visit. My latest visit included being berated by the receptionist about my 0800 appointment time, and how I was at fault for their schedule ("appointments are not made on the hour," according to the receptionist; that sounds like a YOU problem, not mine). The appointment was booked six months ago, so if the schedule needed to be changed, they had ample time to do it; and calling the afternoon before to request a time change is really poor planning on their part. However, apparently the customer is always wrong these days. During my visit, my teeth were polished before being cleaned (which has never been done before in any experience at any dental office I have been to in my life; the rest of my family had the same experience with this visit, too). I inquired about the practice of polishing before cleaning through my sibling, who has been in the dental industry for 30 years now, as well as multiple people, to see if this ever happened to them before. My sibling stated it is a practice that is being taught in schools, and the only reasonable explanation offered by the one other person I could find who has had that type of experience in the past, was that it may take off smaller particles before going to anything larger. While it does seem like a logical point, again, this particular dental office never did this at anytime before. And if that's a practice in the dental community, no problem, but I find it in the capacity as if you waxed your car before you wash it. Seems very odd. At the end of my visit, I was not seen by any dentist to give me any information about my current dental health, and zero explanation of why I would not be seen. Just the standard offer for a goodie bag and told I'm done. Yet again, that has never happened to me in any dental visit in my life. Now I have no idea if I have dental problems. Due to the above factors, within a couple hours after my appointment, we called to have our records transferred to a new dentist. After I was just seen today, and the rest of my family three days ago, this office didn't even clue in or seem one bit interested in why we were moving to a new practice. Money must be that good! Very disappointing, but not surprising, considering that each visit in the last two years has come with degraded quality of service. Seems to be a trend in society these days. The bigger your business becomes the less they seem to care about customer service. And please, everyone needs to stop using COVID19 as an excuse for ineptitude services. From the look of the negative reviews here on Google, the responses from this office are full of excuses and no accountability of actions.

Everyone is great - a wonderful team from the polite and helpful receptionist to the dental hygienists, technicians and the doctors. You're aware of charges ahead of time so very ethical. And virtually pain free - I had a painless cleaning as well as a painless root canal.

My family and I are new to the area. I am so excited and blessed to be close the Falcon Dental Care! Everyone is amazing, from the front of the office staff, to the clinical team, to Dr. Kate. The lobby is very warm and inviting. The patient rooms are comfortable and there are TVs on the ceiling! Beth was amazing, my hygienist. She did a great job making me feel comfortable and cleaning my teeth. Best cleaning ever!! I will be scheduling appointments for my husband and son! Won't be going anywhere else ever!! They are the best!!

I wish I could give six stars to Falcon Dental Care. I had a dental emergency and was not a a "regular" patient (yet). They went out of their way to immediately take care of me. Such caring and capable staff! Thank you so much for providing outstanding care!

Their staff is friendly, knowledgable and gentle. Appointment was on time and they told me everything they were doing before doing it. Also told me what my options were. After going through 3 dentists in the last couple of years, I am happy to have found Falcon Dental Care Group. I will keep going here and recommend them to others!

I can't say enough nice things about Falcon Dental & Dr Kate! I had broken a corner on my front tooth and even though it wasn't painful, it was embarrassing. Dr Kate got me all fixed up and my front teeth look better than ever! Dr Kate is caring and sincere and obviously loves what she does! I've seen one of the other dentists in the office for a quick check up and he was great too. But I will stick with Dr Kate!

I have been seen in this office a little over two years. never really any major dental work done. maybe Only cleanings by two great dental hygienist and one of my favorites left. It was always some explaining about how I need to add a bridge or implants. Well One day recently I had to suddenly go in because of a broken tooth from a previous root canal done by another office. The dentist assistant was new and very kind. Although When Doctor Jamin Houser entered the room he looked at the xrays and started saying yes let's remove the two bottom tooth and put one implant in. not a whole lot of explaining as to why? and maybe stood in the exam room five minutes after he was already 40 minutes late. Then when I went on to say how disappointed I am in loosing any more teeth after 20 years of dentistry work, this being my third in Colorado Springs. He acted like he could care less about my concerns. He then started to cough, said he needed to go get water and never returned back to the examination room. Leaving the dentist assistant to finish up. I left that day unhappy promise not to let that man do any dental work on me. I was not impressed by this man and will not be giving them my service.
