Dr. Faith Bult was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan as the oldest of five children. Her family, most of whom are now Bellingham area residents, has a very special place in her heart. On most weekends, you can find Dr. Bult taking a weekend trip with one of her nieces or nephews to many exotic destinations.
After high school Dr. Bult attended college and graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She enjoyed this career for a few years before heeding the encouragement of her employers to return to school to become a dentist. She returned to school and received her degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Since that time Dr. Bult has moved to Bellingham, WA. Her family had relocated to this area over twenty years ago and Dr. Bult immediately fell in love with this city and decided to move here and start her practice.
To give back to the local community she volunteers and supports the Washington Oral Health Foundation, Give Kids A Smile, Blue Skies for Children, Breast Cancer Foundation, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Ryan Stiles Golf Classic and many other great causes.
On a personal basis, Dr. Bult is very active in her free time. She enjoys cardio and weight training, as well as boating and spending time in nature with her family. Other leisurely activities she enjoys include hiking the Great Northwest, spending quality time with her dogs, running and water-skiing.
Dr. Bult is supported by a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing each patient with enthusiastic and individualized care. To stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry our staff attends numerous continuing education courses with Dr. Bult. We attend over 120 hours of continuing education each year! Our staff is highly trained and experienced in the latest dental procedures. We understand that a visit to the dentist may be frightening to some of our patients and we strive to help them feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

My whole family could not be happier. The front desk ladies and their flexibility in scheduling, clarity in quotes and communication. From the dental assistants who are so friendly and professional. To Dr. B who does quality work and even goes out her way to check in after appointments. They are up to date with technology and appreciate the text reminders. From my teenage kids to my spouse and I. All of us are truly impressed.

BEWARE, she is the worst dentist in the state. I used to go to her, and she would say I had cavities, overdrill them, then send me down to her "Friend" in Burlington for a root canal, then back up to her for a crown. After this happened 3 times, I decided to be wise and go to a different dentist, who took xrays and found holes and other discrepancies, in the filling material of all the "cavities" she filled. Look on Washington state department of health, she has been cited and had to pay money to the government for all of the fraudulent things she has done including botox illegally.

The office, in general, is upbeat and really friendly, and is an all-female business (which is great)!. After the first go-around with COVID most or all of the staff had to be let go for the time being, or whatever action was necessary in order for the business to slow or close for a time (not sure how long). It was a shame not to see the pretty faces I'd gotten to know over so many years, but the new staff is just as friendly and helpful, and I'm sure we'll all become as chummy as with the previous staff members. Dr. Bult (Faith) is wonderful! She always makes me feel welcome, and makes getting Novocain almost painless, which in my past experience has never been in the case! I really love coming here even though my insurance covers very little besides the every 6 month cleaning and yearly X-rays. It just keeps me on my toes to make sure I brush & floss, plus use the fluoride toothpaste twice daily! Thanks to all of you ladies. You're always a joy to visit - what ask odd thing to say to your dentist!!!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Bult for close to 20 years (our kids were about 8). She is an amazing dentist. She has always been honest and ethical in our treatment and in what we need. She takes a genuine interest in our family and remembers us! Staff are always friendly and smiling. We highly recommend Dr. Bult.

I have not been to a dentist in over 20 yrs, needless to say I was a little bit nervous. I had a tooth infection and thought I was going in just to have Dr. Faith assess it, send me home with an antibiotic and come back another day. She said I needed 2 teeth pulled, both abscessed. Oh boy, I was very nervous now. Dr. Faith and her team made me feel so comfortable and reassured. The worst part was the shot to numb the area and that wasn't even that painful. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. The front desk was very nice as was her assistant and herself. Thank you for fitting me in and Thank you Dr. Faith for giving me something to look forward to

I found this place online, and I looked at all the reviews all over this county and other county's and this is the one that had the best reviews. My husband Cody is really iffy when it comes to going to the dentist due to past experiences at places where they didn't really care, it was something that they did for a paycheck. And I am so happy with the feedback my husband gave me! From the moment I called them to make his appointment they were understanding patient and made sure I felt important. He said he had a great experience, easy to talk to, he felt comfortable and cared about, he said he never had that experience at the dentist ever. They made a plan together that he and I am both very happy about. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for any kind of teeth work that you go here first! I have been a patient of Dr. Bult's for many years. She is a fabulous dentist and cares greatly for her patients. Her staff is top notch, especially when dealing with insurance. Could not recommend this dentist and her office enough.

Today's appt. for a 6 month cleaning with Ramona went extremely well. She is very thorough, careful, and very knowledgable regarding her clients' dental history. I love visits with Ramona, Dr. Bult and the entire staff there. Have been Dr. Bult's patient for the past 7 years and know she works very hard to keep her patients' dental needs effectively and professionally maintained. Dismayed to read the 1 star review...but pleased that Dr. B. has so many satisfied and appreciative patients like me!!

After a two hour long teeth cleaning appointment in which I was led to believe that my teeth were perfectly fine (minus some gum problems and my teeth needing a basic cleaning), I was informed in probably the last 15 minutes that all of a sudden I had five cavities. With things sounding kind of sketchy, I had my old dentist take a look at my teeth for a second opinion and he told me there were two teeth that looked a little "sticky" but nothing serious enough to warrant drilling into my teeth... Seeing similar review stories, this makes sense to me. In a country where medical costs are astronomical, it's quite disgusting and unprofessional having people that are suppose to help you try to get money out of you. Watch out

There is a lot that could be said about this dentistry practice. Keep in mind that all of them are actually positive! I don't mean to brag but I have been to the dentist a lot!! Most of those were extractions out of necessity. Compared to previous dentists I have been too Dr. Bult has made it acceptionally easy to be a patient. She doesn't waste time when it comes to your care. She moved around her schedule and was able to remove a broken wisdom tooth. She didn't have to accommodate me. She was already extremely busy. I had already gone 2 days without sleep and without her the cycle would have continued until a week later when I found a random office that could squeeze me in. Dr. Bult took as much time as I needed to feel confident in the procedure and I now have found a home for my new family of smiles. Thank you for being my savior. I'll be in to get the bridge put in after my vacation to Oregon next week!
