Brian started Fairway Healthcare Partners in 2016 and has been working exclusively with with dental and healthcare businesses for more than 10 years. Since starting Fairway, he has advised over 100 dentist clients looking to buy, sell, or value their dental practices. Brian has also consulted on numerous partnerships, DSO and private lenders transactions in the dental industry. He is an accredited Certified Valuation Analyst and has been a guest lecture at various dental school programs, contributor theShared Practicespodcast and e-learning courses, and published in various dental society literature on the matters of practice valuation and practice transitions.
Dr. Erin Pender works in private practice as the owner of Chautauqua Lake Dental in Mayville, NY (formerly Mayville Dental Arts). She advises Fairway and its clients in matters regarding clinical & operational due diligence, private practice ownership, and other strategic directives. She has previously worked as Interim Dental Director of The Chautauqua Center, associate dentist at Northeast Ohio Neighborhood Health Services and is currently licensed to practice in Michigan & New York. Dr. Pender graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and completed 4-years service with the National Health Corps.In addition to her DDS, Dr. Pender holds a masters degree in biology from John Carroll University as well as a masters degree in education from Dominican University, she lives in Chautauqua, NY with her husband Brian and their 3 daughters. When not working, she enjoys pursuing all hobbies Joanna Gaines related and taking on new adventures near and far.
