Fairview Dental Group was established in 1988 by Dr. Thomas Brzostowski. Dr. Brzostowski is a graduate of Illinois Benedictine University and Loyola University School of Dentistry. His ultimate goal as a practitioner is to bring the highest standard of care to each patient in his practice, and he has been doing so for almost twenty years. Dr. Brzostowski believes in staying abreast in latest dental technology available to his practice, and is always striving to find something new and exciting to add to the office. A member of the American Dental Association and the Chicago Dental Society, Dr. Brzostowski is active in the dental community. He is committed to continue the clinical excellence that makes Fairview Dental Group the gold standard in Chicagos western suburbs.
Dr. Brzostowski and his wife live in the area with their four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, and he plays an active role in his childrens athletic activities, as a fan and a coach. An avid fisherman, Dr. Brzostowski has a real passion for Chicago White Sox baseball. Dr. Brzostowski understands the importance of family, and he hopes Fairview Dental Group will continue to meet all of your familys needs for many years to come.
Dr. Jun H. Choi is a patient doctor that takes his time to answer all questions prior to treatment. Keeping the patients informed with key information about their oral healthy is a priority. He works hard to build solid relationships based on trust and respect. Dr. Chois patients feel confident about the quality of dental care they are receiving from him and he finds giving them a beautiful smile very rewarding.
Dr. Choi loves all areas of general dentistry and finds great interest in laser-assisted dentistry and esthetic dentistry. He enjoys serving the community by providing quality dental care to children and adults at area community health care centers and also volunteers at homeless shelters in Chicago.
Dr. Choi is a graduate of the University of Rochester in New York (2009). He has a great interest in Neuroscience and spent time in the research lab at the University of Rochester Medical Center Neurological department for temporal-lobe epilepsy. He continued his education at Midwestern University where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree (2015). Dr. Choi volunteers his time to treat children with special health care needs at the DuPage County Health Department and also a variety of Back to School fairs.
Dr. Choi lives in Oak Brook, Illinois with his 9-year old German Shepherd. His German Shepherd receives regular dental cleanings to keep his teeth and gums healthy. In his spare time, you will find Dr. Choi rocking out on the drums or enjoying a leisurely game of golf.
Dr. Cummings received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in 1997 and his Certificate of Periodontics from the University of Iowa in 2000. He is currently engaged in the full time private practice of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry and has been for the last 13 years.
Dr. Cummings has been recognized both nationally and internationally for his academic excellence and clinical ability. His research on Peptostreptococcus micros has been published in the Journal of Periodontology. Dr. Cummings has extensive training in all aspects of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry and is dedicated to providing patients with the latest treatment in the field. Additionally, Dr. Cummings is certified to provide IV sedation which affords him the ability to treat the most anxious of patients.

Katherine is what every dental professional should aspire to become. Her ability to display empathy and help put you at ease through education and understanding is wonderful. It's honestly been a long minute since I've gotten a cleaning, so I was a bit anxious on how my experience would go at a new dental office. I spent a lot of time searching for the right place and ended up going here due to how close they are and the great $79 New Patient deal that they are offering. It was 100% worth it in the end. The staff was very friendly the moment I walked in and I love how they have an area for you to hang your coat up immediately upon entering. I was in and out of there in no time, but never did I feel rushed. Their equipment appeared new and was very clean all around, so I was very impressed by that. For the cleaning and xrays I was scheduled with Reema RDH. She was easy to talk to and appears very knowledgeable and thorough in what she does. She also gave me a lot of helpful tips throughout the process. She truly made the experience as comfortable as possible. The doctor was pleasant too and was able to clearly explain the current condition of my teeth and the options I have towards treating them in future visits. I definitely will be returning here in the future!
