Dr. Russell Powell is a native of the Treasure Valley. He grew up attending school and working in Boise up until his missionary service in southern Mexico where he developed Spanish fluency and a love for Hispanic culture. He returned home and continued his education at Boise State University, during which time he met and married his wife. Dr. Powell graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with emphasis in Human Biology. He then attended dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. During his time in dental school he developed a passion for patient relationships and for several facets of dentistry, which led him to pursue a career as a general dentist. Dr. Powell graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and soon afterward returned to Idaho to live and work. He is very happy to serve Caldwell and the surrounding areas through his work at Fairview Dental.

I love coming here, everyone is so nice and caring. Warm greetings and smiles from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. They go out of their way to make your visit as comfortable and easy as possible. I highly recommend them.
The staff at Fairview dental are ALL amazing. They are welcoming and comforting. I do not go to the dentist like I should and instead of treating me badly like most dentist do I was still treated with the up most respect. They are most definitelymy new dentist office and I will most likely be switching my kids to them as well.
Beverly has been with Fairview Dental for the past two and a half years and was born and raised in Idaho. Yesenia is a Bilingual Dental Hygienist here at Fairview Dental. As of 2014, she received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Idaho State University. She has two and one half years experience in the dental field providing preventative and therapeutic services to the general public. She enjoys being a dental hygienist and is increasingly falling in love with herprofession. She enjoys spending time with her loving husband and family.
Vanessa is a bilingual assistant and loves it. She is energetic and loves helping our Doctors perfect the smiles of our patients. She attended Milan Institute for the dental assistant program. She was born and raised in Idaho and loves spending time with her loving husband and beautiful daughter.
Janette was born in California and raised in Idaho. She has been with Fairview Dental for the past year and a half. Janette is Bilingual as well as being our lead assistant. She became a dental assistant by attending the dental assistant program at Carrington College. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.
